Me and my husband went to this place Non professional I just did my nails an hour ago and this is what I see one nails is broke right now right now and I pay $40 That was one guy what did my nails he was really quick he did non chip really Unprofessional. Just waste that money.

Leah and Anna are the best! My no chip lasts more than 2 weeks going here. My nails are strong and super long. Ive gone to other places and they chip right away. I have recommended to many friends and they all love it here!

I went to go do a manicure and she cut my cuticle the next day my cuticle was warm and I was in pain. I work at a lab so I had them draw my blood and I had an infection. My thumb was swollen, with pus, I ended up going to immediate care for the infection.They had to prescribe me antibiotics. I went to salon to speak to the manager and she said I never got the infection from there. I had to pay out of pocket for immediate care. She pretty much asked me to leave the nail salon. Horrible service!!!

I used to get my nails done at this place back in 2014-2015 and I actually loved it. I moved back to the area and went there a few times this summer, always giving them a chance. I would not be returning. The quality of their job is 2/5, thats why they get 2 stars from me

As a man, I do enjoy a good pedicure. Its relaxing and very good for your feet. Most guys dont take proper care of themselves and end up having feet look like they have more cracks and crevices than the grand canyon.Theres nothing wrong with a good pedi dudes! This place here is a very nice place to go to. And its next to a Binnys so you can get a drink right after, to enjoy at home of course.They are super nice here, good prices and the chairs... my guys, the chairs... and the ladies that work here know how to massage your legs too. My feet felt refreshed and well taken care of.So guys, do yourselves a favor. Put that machismo aside and get those dogs pampered. And have a beer and some steak right after. Because men need pampering too!

I have given this nail salon quite a few tries. They do a decent job SOMETIMES and I’ve gone time after time out of convenience of location. Quality is not at all what they provide. I recently experienced a horrible service with their “no chip” TWICE!! (Please see photos) I tried calling them for a refund of the second manicure and got completely disrespected. Please go elsewhere. I will be advising my mom, sisters, and friends to do so as well. River Nail Spa, do better. Horrible. Never again.

Nyny (pronounced nee nee if you call) is my nail tech and shes the best! She listens to exactly how you want them done and does a great job.

Ive been to cleaner & more decent places..its kind of a bad vibe & some of the employees have attitude problems.Not very good leg massages towards the end of my pedicures.Had a eyebrow wax there once,she missed a lot of hairs.AND,I feel rushed sometimes..not a ghod feeling when youre trying to relax 🤨!

This is literally the worst place I’ve ever been. I just got a bikini wax and the girl could not get the wax off so it was stuck and they had the nerve to actually charge me. It’s still stuck on and I will have to figure out how to get it off!!! They didn’t complete the services!!! I’ve also had to wait 40 minutes in the pedicure station in the water to wait for someone to do my nails. The worst freaking place ever!!!!!

Fair priced and over all great customer service. All nail techs are amazing. Kelly is usually the one to do my nails, she’s super sweet and very easy to make conversation with!

Horrible, rude, lazy service.They dont treat you well nor your nails. Water was overflowing and super hot- had to call them to turn it off, otherwise it would be overflowing on the floor. Careless. No customer service whatsoever. They only care about your money. The owner is the worst. Never again!

I was only asking for clarification with the pricing. The price advertisement at the door told me it was one price. The female nail tech decided to get extremely loud with me thats causing a scene when I was only needing clarification of the pricing of the service. I politely stated that I would go elsewhere. The nail tech told me go go. Horrible customer service!

Do not go to booth 5, she does not do a great job! Nicked 3 fingers made me bleed at my cuticles with the buffer drill. She doesnt know what oval shape looks like. Would not recommend!!

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. I never leave reviews but this was so bad I had to. I was charged $80 for a fill and a toe polish (prices were never told to me, and I was charged MORE than my friend was for a full set & pedicure) that came out horribly. They put gems on my fingers and they all came off within 4 days of having them. I went back for a refund because of my over charge and the gems all coming off, and they wouldn’t do anything for me. I asked if they would just reimburse me for the gems, but nope. Horrible customer service, no pricing listed anywhere. DON’T GO HERE! Rainbow nails on Foster & Harlem is way better, reasonably priced, and cares about quality.

Very rushed pedicure. They do the bare minimum and did not use a scrub. Not relaxing at all. The employees are rushing because management wants to take as many costumers as they can. When paying they charged $30 for a regular pedicure that wasn’t that great and did not include any scrub that most pedicures come with. When I asked the manager why was the pedicure doubled she responded due to COVID 19. I’ve gone to other places where they charge an extra $5 not an extra $15. Save your money and get a more quality regular pedicure. Will not be going here.

I am super picky when it comes to my nails. This place is very clean and they are always so friendly. They always make best efforts to satisfy their customers needs. Tania always does mine and my sisters nails, my daughter loves how Heip does her nails and Kelly they owner is awesome. But honestly, all the nail techs are really good! Worth every $!

I got the no chip nails. Service was good and fast. Polite gentleman did my nails. He made sure my nails were buffed out so there were not ridges but rather smooth finishing them!

NiNi is my favorite nail technician here! She is always so sweet and does such an amazing job! I love getting my no chip manicures and regular pedicures done with her. She’s phenomenal.

I have been here a handful of times. Ive worked with Kelly, Henry and Trisha.... all are very nice and welcoming. I always find myself going back to Kelly. She knows exactly what she is doing, always suggest color options and also listens to my needs. I love how natural she makes my nails look. When I get my nails done at any salon I like to watch the nail technicians techniques. Ive been getting my nails done for such a long time that I can easily tell how well theyll turn out. River Nail Spa has well trusted technicians. With Kelly and Henry I know I could sit back and relax while they go to work. I love this place so much, I recommend everyone to check this place out.The place is very clean, spacious, organized and beautifully decorated.When I go to River Nail Spa I feel as though Ive gone to a very high end nail salon (but river nail spa is totally affordable!)

I literally just went to this place to give it another try because their customer service is really bad. But AGAIN, I left unhappy and my first experience speaking up about being unhappy with my nails. The tech was doing her own thing on my nails when I let her know I didn’t want this color or design. I just wanted one color and when I spoke up the tech was raising her voice and refused to fix what she had done. I will NEVER go back. Not just because she didn’t do what I wanted but also because she was rude and rough and hurt my nails! She had the audacity to ask “ but I didn’t cut you right?” Like are you serious?! I’m sorry but this place is not one to trust. Spent $45 on something I didn’t want with a rude tech.

I went in with an appointment for a gel sculptured mani and pedi for me, and a no chip and pedi for my mom. When they started doing my nails, they did not know how to do the gel sculptured as described on the website and insisted I needed to do acrylics with a gel topcoat instead. When putting on the tips, part of the thumb was coming up and I asked for more glue and she said in a minute then did not do that. Then after she did the acrylics, I askded if she would trim or push back my cuticles, again said sure, and then did not do it. Very frustrating and rushed. Left polish all over my moms fingers after her mani and sent her out like that.

I went on a Sunday morning so it was crazy busy. I waited a while, but it was worth the wait. Kelly came in on her day OFF and did a great job. Very pleased with their services. Kelly is my forever favorite. 😊

I came in to get a fill in which came out good. Unfortunately 5 days later one of my nails popped off. So I went in to get it fixed. My husband came with me he was planning to get a manicure. Well the first lady that attended me told me that I needed to find my own color. I told her my husband is getting a manicure. She ignored me! I went to look for my color. Eventually found it. Sat down and waited.. eventually someone else attended me. As I sat down I let her know my husband is getting a manicure he’s been waiting. She looked at me like I was crazy. She began to fix my nail. Very rushed. I let her know my nails are matte! She ended up putting regular top coat. Once again I let her know it’s suppose to be matte. She then said no! I laughed and said yea and she looked at my other hand then angrily she began filing my nail to get the top coat off. She then did the matte. I got up and called my husband and said we can go some where else to get his manicure. By then 5 people had been seated and have began to get work done! No one bothered to help my husband out! No one listened!! They were more worried about getting done faster. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Buyer BewareSent my wife and 2 daughters there for manicure before graduation, my graduating daughter lost a couple of nails with 10 min of arriving at home. Shop owner and staff were very reluctant to make it right. They offered my daughter another 1 hour wait to get her nails fixed. Our money wont come to this shop again. And no I dont want to come back to give you another chance at making it wrong!

I love the location and convenience of River Nail Spa. It’s clean, comfortable, and the staff is professional and friendly. The owner, Kelly, always makes me feel like I’m her only customer- and does an amazing job with my nails. I’ve had the no chip manicure, gel nails and facial waxing here- never a problem! They also have a separate ‘party’ room for private mani/pedi’s that is nice for bridal or engagement type get together!Really nice- I’ve been coming to This spa and her previous location for almost 15 years and have never been disappointed! I never post reviews but I have to. I told the tech that I had no chip manicure. I guess she didnt believe me. She thought I had an overlay. She squeezed my nail again and I told her be careful my nails are weak. Again she squeezed and she cracked my nail. She said its ok we do overlay. Um no not ok! I complained and they just kept doing my nails. On top of that I had to pay full price. They didnt even offer a discount for breaking my nail!

Worst pedicure everinformed them the massage chair wasnt working the minute I sat in it, didnt offer to move me even though there were 4 more chairs empty they just kept trying to hit the on button to get it to start,nails cut crookedno hot towels used even if the menu has it listed.No discount still charged full price and the manager was arguing with me saying there was nothing that could be done but have a seat again to shape the nail straight.

My sister & I had regular manicures. My techs name was Tony. It was a painful experience & I left with 3 small wounds on my fingers, all I believe from the emory board/cube. My sister was cut & bleeding twice with the cuticle snippers. Finally, it does not appear that instruments are sterilized before use. I will never return.When holding each finger, his thumb nail painfully dug into my skin. The filing & buffing was so rough & hard, it caused 3 small open wounds. His massage, (normally relaxing) was reminicent of a clunky, bumpy carnival ride that was just shy of being painful. Overall Terrible Experience!

I went in today to get my nails re-done. I am extremely satisfied. I almost cried tears of joy because of how beautiful my nails turned out. I feel bad that I didn’t get the woman’s name that did my nails because she seriously did an amazing job! I kept telling her she did a waaaaaay better job than the guy at the salon I went to over a week ago to do my nails. I’m sooo happy with my full set and that she was able to do the design that I really wanted. I am definitely coming back here to get my nails done.

My mom was getting her nail done because one of them broke so she decided to get it redone. The girl redid the nail but cut it way too short. My mom have caught it to her attention on told her. And then started giving attitude says why didnt u tell me. Well youre the one doing the nails so cant u see? As she does her nails she keeps on stopping talking to other girls around her. I have never had a problem with any services at this facility. They employees remember you and speak to you as if you are family. I appreciate them. This facility is very clean and sterile. I have never seen dirty towels or stained sinks or even a sink that is a mess with water after several people have washed their hands. They maintain this facility well. The prices have gone up recently which is not my favorite but I understand they are growing with the economy LOL

I will start off with the fact that I have been going to River Nails Spa every 3 weeks for about 4 months. I really loved how Chi did my no chip manicure - it was always perfect, therefore I would always make an appointment with her. The problems started when I made an appointment on a Saturday morning right when they opened so that I could get my stuff done for a wedding I was attending that day. Once again, I made an appointment with Chi for a no chip manicure and a pedicure. When I arrived right at 9AM, which was my appointment time, I noticed the salon was full of people and Chi was already working on a client, I was seated and the owner - Kelly started to prepare me for the pedicure and a no chip (she did not even say hi, did not smile, NOTHING!). Long story short she ended up doing my nails while answering a number of phone calls and doing another client at the same time as me which made her go from one to another about 4 times. I ended up being there for over 2 hours with an okay pedicure and not a very decent no chip manicure!I was pretty mad after this situation, however since I loved Chis work I ended up going there again after 3 weeks - and was EVEN MORE DISAPPOINTED THAN BEFORE.I made an appointment at 6PM since I knew they close at 7:30. I arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time and was given attitude about arriving early. Chi seated me at around 6:30PM, she put acetone on my current no-chip and did another client for another 40 minutes! So there I am after over an hour past my appointment time, mad as you can get on a weekday after work. Chi does my no chip and complains about how tired she is etc. Then she does my eyebrows and puts HOT wax on my skin which caused me to have redness above my eyes for the next two days!!! She ended my service at 8:10PM and as I was leaving she commented please come earlier next time with a smile on her face, that was just enough to pull the trigger and make me hate the place!In conclusion, I would like to warn everyone who values their time and money - do not go there, they do not know how to treat their clients!

I would rate it Zero stars if I could!! I had to walk out of this salon a few days ago. After only a minute of looking for a color the lady started poking me on the back and said okay cmon let’s go let’s go. I said just a moment while I find a color.. 30 seconds later she started yelling at me from across the salon “okay let’s go come on the water is ready” I walked over and said okay can you please calm down and not rush me though I’m trying to relax. In which she replied I don’t need to calm down you need to calm down. What a rude comment. Then she just started talking real rudely about how if I want my nails done I need to come and sit when she’s ready ... She Then proceeded to talk about me in vietnamese causing every nail artist in the place to stare at me. And I kindly told her I no longer wanted me nails done and left. Such an uncomfortable experience. There was no one in the salon idk why the rush?!!!

Horrible experience twice ! I got the same nail tech who sits in chair #2 she was so rude and she rushed through my nails and over charged me $40 for acrylic nails no design or anything just a coffin shape and a clear polish over. My nails aren’t even a week old and they started lifting at the cuticle of the nails. Very nice shop inside but very poor work. Do not recommend at all !!

Stay away from this place. The technician Tammy made my toes bleed and the manager Daniel did not want to give me my money back and didnt. So I told him that I was going to call my bank and have them to reverse the charge. Greedy, disrespectful, ridiculous. Daniel is a poor manager and wanted me as the customer to enter into a confrontation with Tammy. How unprofessional is that. He is the manager and at the end of the day, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. Even showed him a pic of my infected toe from the following day! I will post a pic later! Find another nail salon! Daniel needs to take a management class!

Cold water, not gentle even when I asked, clipped cuticles too far and bled, could understand that they were both criticizing me as well as another not femme client 2 seats over. Best I can say is paint is smooth, and massaging chair works.

I went know to do my eyebrows as a walking they have me sit down and wait ten minutes later another girl walks they ask what she wanted to have done and they sat her down for her pedicure the woman who is supposed to do my eyebrows takes her ahead of me due to the fact that I only wanted my eyebrows done and they kept asking if I wanted no chip or a odeicure I said no I just need my eyebrows done everything else was done since I did my own nails. They are money hungry and discriminate to their obviously higher paying clients with the I have money looks.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I went in with my sister to get her color change on her nails and the lady sitting in #8 station was very rude. She was rushing through the nails and did a very sloppy job! When we were at checkout she printed the receipt and threw it to us, very unprofessional. Never coming back again.
