You cant even call this branch because of the robot answering service they have. Its almost impossible to speak to a human being there about a problem... typical government run operation with people that avoid taking phone calls. American Citizens deserve better.

Nicest post office experience ever! Peak Christmas season and only 1 person in front of me. Clerk actually acknowledged me and said hed be with me in a moment. I went to throw something out and shazam! Another clerk appeared and asked if she could help me and wished me a Merry Christmas. Very efficient and cheerful place! Not the norm of harrowing waits and gruff employees. I left in shock!

I rarely go to the post office because sometimes the customer service I receive is far from satisfied. Today I tried to send 4 Christmas cards oversees (normally I would use a self service or buy stamps online). The lady that was helping me wasn’t very pleasant and informed me that she has no more international stamps without even looking at me. I wonder if she couldn’t print the stamps from her computer as it’s done when sending packages overseas. The other 2 pleasant ladies that work there seem to never run into this sort of issues. I will buy stamps online next time!

For being located in a small suburb this is the most irresponsible post office. They do not take responsibility for losing other peoples mail. They told my neighbor that I had her package. I recalled only signing for a package that was for my dad in law and receiving a poster that I had ordered for myself. I know how to read Im not illiterate. Very unprofessional on their part. Luckily my neighbor was understanding and believed me.

Poor customer service, zero regard. Kind of similar do DMV.

I would never go there again. I did send out a package 2.5 months ago it was expensive package and it got lost, the lady at the post office told me that it will take the most 2 weeks to get there it has been 2 months and a half and nobody knows where the package is plus they dont want to give me my money back and it was not 5 dollars but 35 dollars that I wasted. Very dissapointed in their service.
