Also IF THEY HAVE A SIGN TO REQUIRE MASKS FOR CUSTOMERS I THINK IS ONLY FAIR THAT THE 2 GHETTO LOOKING CASHIERS WHO WERE TALKING TRASH ABOUT THE CUSTOMER THAT HAD LEFT THE STORE SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO WEAR THEIR MASKS AND THEY WERENT (VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND SELFISH)

I was informed to provide my social security number to purchase a $1400 money order and when I refused I was looked at like I was dealing drug and sending undocumented money. Took my business elsewhere where I wasn’t even asked to provide my social security. Never heard of such nonsense! In times of such high identity theft cases could not provide me with a valid reason of why my social security was needed to begin with! Bunch of criminals working there!
Worst currency exchange is this one and the one in Winston plaza! The owner needs to hire better employees because these hillbilly women he has working there with no teeth and treating people really unprofessional need to be fired! I will never give them my business and I’m sure others feel the same!
Horrible. Will not notify you of any discounts on city stickers, etc. Just want your money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I had a visit to the Thatcher Woods Currency Exchange in River Grove, Illinois on 4/22/20. This took place during the time of 10:20-10-30 p.m. I asked to wire money and I was asked for the name of the person I was transferring money to. So, I gave the first and last name, and once I found out no information was found on the computer, I soon realized I had given the wrong last name. I called my wife to ask for the last name of the person, and she told me the correct one. I gave the lady at the desk the corrected information, however, she was angry with me and threw a fit. I was shocked by her response as I had done nothing wrong, and then just a few seconds later, she flipped the sign from behind the glass to close her station. She then went on her phone to talk to someone, assuming its her supervisor, I stood quietly. After the phone call, she looked at me with an angry face and said rudely, leave the store and come back tomorrow. Ive never experienced such rude behavior from an employee, even though Ive come many times, this is a first for me. If the employees supervisor can review the footage, please do so. I visited this location a couple times needing to buy a city sticker. I remember being in and out pretty quickly. I would go to this location if I needed that type of service again.
Worst experience ever the young girl that took care of me kept giving me an attitude because the card machine wouldnt take my card because it was a Capital one card I was told. They kept mentioning that I was going to break down their card machine. Which Im sorry its not my problem your machines are outdated. Then she gave me my receipt and I was walking away because I thought she gave me my city sticker and with and attitude she said really youre leaving without your city sticker I told her not to give me an attitude because I was never rude to her. Then she said youre paying all this money and leaving without your sticker but the whole time giving me an attitude. When I asked for her name because I wanted to report her she ignored me. Save your time and take your business somewhere else. They dont deserve no ones service. They dont know a single thing about customer service.

The worst place very rude and dont care ask for a manager and she said after 8 am call after 8 and then that say after 4 pm maybe thats way there is so many complaints .had a title transfer and plate transfer and thay charged me for new plates and when I told them she said sorry but its done already and I quoteIts only $108 still waiting for the so called manager to call me back if you can go to Elmwood park or Melrose park
