The staff and dentist were professional and knowledgeable about my dental process. The facility was clean and organized. There were even complementary beverages!!! I currently have a primary dentist and switching to Sun Star Dental crossed my mind several times.

Dr. Monica has been my dentist for over 15 years! She is absolutely excellent, as is her staff. Walking in for an appointment feels like visiting family. Toni at the front desk is extremely welcoming and personable. Every hygienist is great and gets to know you/remembers details about you even if they havent seen you in over 6 months. And of course, Dr. Monica does excellent work. Im the last person to get excited about a dentist visit, but Im always relaxed in her care! Even after moving out of state I would consider having exams there if my travel time permits. Excellent practice!

Dr. Monica is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Being a patient of Dr. Monica for over 10 years I can honestly say she’s seriously the best!! Her staff is so unbelievably professional and so kind. The atmosphere is unbelievably great too! You get the top notch experience every time you walk through the door. My son also has been a patient of Dr. Monica for 9 years now as well and he actually loves going to his appointments. That right there says it all! I have been going to this dental office ever since I was a child and it is the best dental office I have ever been to. The staff are very energetic and fun while still remaining professional and are willing to explain the procedures to you. I dont know why but having the procedure being explained to me takes away my fear of the procedures. Thats what Dr. Monica and the rest of the Sun Star Dental staff are there for. They are there for you. They dont see you as just another client. They see you as a person with thoughts and concerns about your dental procedures and they want to help you with those concerns regarding those procedures. I know they did with me when I had to go in and by having them there explain the procedure to me made me feel like they really care for me and my well being during the whole process. This is something I never really felt at other dental offices. At other dental offices I felt like another patient and both the doctor and I had the felling of Lets just get this over with. I never got that feeling at Sun Star.

Ive been seeing Dr. Walsh for quite a few years now and she is absolutely wonderful! Never an issue. Even my 9 year old enjoys going to see her...and you know how kids just love going to the dentist.It is always clean, wait times are very brief, and the front staff are always friendly. Never an issue with billing or insurance either.

My family and I have been going to SunStar Dental for 15+ years and our visits have always been painless. The office is very clean. Its something I always look for and expect with all my health providers. Everyone is always smiling and having a good time. We have since had many family and friends start going there as well. The girls at the desk are always answering any insurance questions that come up. I highly recommend them.

Advertisements for this place were haphazardly stuck to all of the cars in my lot, littered all over the ground, and shoved into the doors and mailboxes of myself and all of my neighbors. I absolutely will not give my business to a company with such blatant disregard for an individuals personal property. I can only imagine how this would reflect the care you would get from such an organization. To force me to touch something that has been handled by someone else during a pandemic like this, is completely unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere.

To post a flyer on my car and on all the cars in my block during a pandemic is reprehensible and shortsighted. We leave our shelter in place to go to get essentials and now have to touch an item a stranger has touched and feel like a stranger has touched our property. This is unacceptable. If you need to contact your current patients please do so by email like my dentist has been doing.

Do not recommend!!!!!!!Please be aware of very smart Dentists who are not part of PPO or HMO system.They told me that they are but they arent.Be aware!!!!!, my insurance told me that they can charge you what ever they want after the fact.My family did tooth cleaning, dentist found something wrong with her one teeth. After few months we received letter that she fix two tooth and she wants $210 extra 2x$105=$210.I decided to check this fact and correct this issue. My friend MD orthodontist and dentist said that only one tooth was fixed but it wasnt necessary.Ive called my dental insurance to report this fact but my insurance informed me that they cant do anything about this because they arent registered PPO dentist and they can do whatever they want and charge whatever they want.Even if they tell you that insurance covers this procedure later they can change mind and charge you extra, not 20% but 120% or even more.Be aware!!!!!!!! get written estimate before they start doing anything.

Sun Star was highly recommended to me a couple years ago by two dentists that I know personally come here. They have a friendly staff, and Ive never had a issue scheduling an appointment, I couldnt recommend them more.

I made my first and last appointment with Dr. Monica at Sun Star Dental. To my surprise a hygenist, rather than the dentist that I was assured would perform the cleaning, began a teeth cleaning that I terminated and excused myself from shortly after it started due to a set of unusual pain and discomfort upon repeatedly and aggressively applying pressure to my teeth despite stopping to advise of same three times and displayed poor bedside manner. I would not recommend to my family, friends or neighbors!!!!!

Just got my fillings replaced at sunstar from a former dentist who did a horrible job the ladies andDr Monica at Sunstar dental were very courteous and helpful to fix the issue and they speak Spanish. now my entire family goes their. lol to Patricia D no life to stalk wonderful Dr Monica on FB LOSER ;)
