I tried getting my nails done here. Made an appointment, and after 30 min the nail tech still wasnt available so I left. Would not recommend.

I went in here not expecting much and I got less than that. The place is FILTHY and they dont sanitize tools in between uses.. my nail tech literally used the same tools on me as she did to her next client. With that, they up charge you if you use a credit card and do not advertise that. I had to pay $5 simply for using a card. I do not recommend this place.

Really good people, love the service. They really need help however. Only two ladies working, they missed out on a lot of business, due to wait times.

I always get my nails serviced there. They are kind and friendly. Every other salon I have visited, I didnt like the atmosphere. I will continue to be serviced by the Grand Nails Salon.

Today I called and asked if they could do a full set sometime today or tomorrow. I called at 3:30pm and the lady on the phone said to come in 30 minutes. I arrived at 4pm, waited 15 minutes and the lady said she didnt realize there was someone waiting outside before me and asked if I would come back in an hour. I agreed, left and came back at 5:15pm. At 6pm I was still waiting. No one even asked me to pick my no chip color. After waiting those 45 minutes, I walked out very disappointed.I am very flexible and patient, but this crosses a line. The lady on the phone and at the location was very nice, but I did call in advance and asked for availability today and tomorrow. She could have checked appointments and given me an accurate time. It would have been nicer to have received an answer of a time when they could have taken care of me rather than receiving two yeses that ended up in no service.

Out of the 10+ years I have been going here they never disappoint. Friendly welcoming staff. Good quality work. Clean and relaxing. Shaped to perfection and my nails always last me 2 weeks or more.

Grand Nails use to be a really good place to get a pedicure and manicure. However, for the last few years it has really gone down hill. Management is horrible, and let’s not talk abut the wait time. If you’re planning on going to Grand Nails be expected to wait for approximately two hours or more. I will not be returning to this establishment or spending my money at Grand Nails!

If you need to go get your nails done dont go here even if its the last resort I needed my nails done badly the lady was so rude she was aggressively grabbing my hand even cut my hand 2x the color On the no chip nail set she told me it wont look like that on my hand and I was like ok Ill get something else and she insisted I get that color Im like no I dont want that color they are just rude here if I could give 0 it would be 0 stars oh and 1 day after a nail broke I just went back to my place and my guy fixed it for free and told me thats what I get for going somewhere eles horrible dont go there

I don’t know even where to start with this place . I’ve been here about 5 times throughout a couple years hoping the next experience will be better than the last and without fail this place disappoints me EVERYTIME. I’m not the picky type and im very easy going when it comes to services I pay for but GAHHH DAMN . I payed for a gel no chip full set manicure and, this isn’t even an exaggeration, 4 different nails cracked off where they glued the extension nail on and I went back four different times to get it fixed and they had me wait each time for about an hour to two hours get it fixed and thennnnn ALSO made me pay for a nail repair each time when I wasn’t my fault at all . The place is unsanitary too . And one of the ladies had the nerve to get a fiesty with me when I told her that it wasn’t my fault the nails were breaking . If I could, I would give this place zero stars .

I came here to get a fill in and they wayyy overcharged me. The man who did my nails was very rude and the lady who I paid had the NERVE to get an attitude when I asked her to repeat the price because I was confused. I 10/10 would not recommend. Stay far far away from this place.
