First impressions are lasting expressions. This was my first experience with this dental office. Pat and Mary are sweethearts. Everyone there is very friendly and personable. Went in for annual cleaning and was very nervous due to a bad experience with a prior office. They Made me feel welcomed and at ease. They are very knowledgeable and explained everything from the procedure down to billing.

Dr. Valari and her staff have been nothing but amazing. Ive been a patient for over 3yrs now, so well worth the 30 minute commute. Being a heavy tea/coffee drinker, Mary the hygienist is very thorough in removing plaque and stains from my teeth. The front desk is also very welcoming and accommodating. Hands down the best dental office Ive ever been to.

I had a great experience overall. The staff took my insurance information over the phone and had me set up before I came in. There was no “new client paperwork”. Everything was entered into my records by the dental assistant, who used the intake to both gather and clarify that information! (Why don’t all offices do this? Serious question!) Both the doctor and the assistant took the time to thoroughly explain the findings and my options. I would 100% recommend this office!

I have two young boys who need help adjusting to new experiences and the amount of patience and compassion they show my boys just blows me away. The clinic itself is also modern and welcoming. Honestly, they are so good that I wouldn’t care if the office was in a warehouse.

My 3 year old son gets his cleanings and checkups here. The staff are great with him as he can be shy and unwilling to cooperate at times. They have books and toys in the waiting area so he doesn’t get bored. It’s great for kids and adults.And I love there are no waiting at his appointments.

Ovation has been my dental office for almost three years now. Theyre a great team and Dr. Villari is very knowledgeable. They always listen to and address any pain or issues Im having with my teeth. They call out areas of concern but I dont feel like they are over zealous with the treatment. They recommend exactly what you need - nothing more. They hygienists also know what theyre doing. Theyre not shy about getting your teeth clean but are considerate of any sensitivity you have. I definitely feel like family walking in. Everyone knows your name and the office is gorgeous. Its like a well-decorated home! The ONLY drawback is that I wish they had night or weekend appointments even just a few times a month. But Dr. Villari has a young family and as a fellow mom I totally understand. Sometimes Im tempted to switch to another dentist with more convenient hours but every time I go to Ovation Im reminded of why Ill never switch.

The staff were very friendly. I called in at midnight for help, while they didnt answer at that point in time the doctor did call me in the morning to follow up. In contrast when I called dental works who claims to have an emergency team 24/7, they told me they wouldnt even see me unless another physician saw me in the last 2 days.. Im not sure how thats emergency service. But dr. Vilarria at ovation called me back to set up a time and talked about my symptoms immediately. They also have a nice electronic check in process as well, great overall experience.

Best Dental Practice Ive ever gone to. Have been going for years and Ive had basic cleanings and X-rays as well as fillings. All of their services are as painless as can be and very well done. Dr. Villari has fixed at least...3? Fillings done by lower-quality dentists, and did so with great care. The whole staff is great, and the office is quite attractive and pleasant. No harsh lighting or noise from other rooms. Very much appreciated! After growing up with an open floor-plan dental office where you could hear everything. Yikes. I highly recommend Ovation.

Courtney the dentist explained everything being done step by step and offered anything in order to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I do not plan on ever going to another dental office! I have never had an issue with insurance, payments or wait time when coming to Ovation. I was very pleased with Ovation Dental. I had just moved in the area, and I was looking for a new dentist. My friend recommended this place, and I am glad I listened to him. The whole staff is welcoming from the moment you step in their door. I am especially pleased with my new dentist, Dr. Bici. She was so kind, compassionate, and informative. Dr. Bici not only fixed my cavity, but she took the time to talk to me about my overall teeth hygiene. I know I havent been the best at taking care of my teeth, and she was so patient at explaining, and teaching me how to take proper care without ever sounding condescending. She listened to me, and was genuinely involved in my care. She also recommended other methods I could use if flossing doesn’t work for me, and she explained them thoroughly. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, and Dr. Bici made this experience so comfortable, and I am looking forward to being her patient.

The dentist is one of those things everyone dreads, but boy was it a much better experience at Ovation Dental! I was terrified before I got there - I had a filling plus part of my tooth fly off while I was flossing! I couldn’t eat or drink - they found an opening for me the next day and saved my tooth!

Dr. Villari and her staff were wonderful during and after my visit. I received Botox in an effort to alleviate the clenching of my teeth and jaw during the day. Since my visit, my headaches are better and I notice a more relaxed jaw and less clenching.
