This is also a very belated review of the work of Mike and his fellow workers. We had badly cracked and stained living room, kitchen and TV room floors, and we couldnt locate the right kind of business to attend to them. Seeing NewTech online, there was an aha! moment, and indeed we worked with them and found them very nice, professional, and clearly committed to their work. I highly recommend them!

A very belated review for Mike and his staff. We had 3000+ square feet of badly damaged Saltillo tile. We called several contractors who either did not respond and / or said the floors were not repairable. My wife called New Tech on a Sunday and received a call back within 10 minutes. Mike drive out to Santa Fe, and to our surprise his comment was “I look forward to this project and I love a challenge”. Mike and his staff were on time, professional, friendly, and detail oriented from start to finish. In short they did an outstanding job and our floors are beautiful! Mike and crew did an awesome job by replacing tiles in our backsplash. Mike dyed and sized new tiles to match and the completed job was perfect! These professionals are dedicated to their craft and I would recommend them for any tile or restoration.

Mike helped fix a patch right in the middle of our kitchen concrete floor - he patched it and the color match was perfect! He then stripped and resealed the floors downstairs to make sure everything looked nice, its like the pipe disaster never happened at all. Thanks Mike!

We have used Mike at New Tech Restoration on two separate occasions. He made the ugly saltillo floors with huge black grout joints in a home we purchased look new and wonderful. That was a year ago. Recently he came back for some touch ups and again we were so happy with his work, service and affordability. Hes a floor magician. We had over 900 sq. ft. of old tile that had to be removed before new tile cold be laid. Mike Chavez, owner, was always hands on, even offering an opinion about the kind of tile I had selected. He and crew did best to contain dust arising from tile removal. All appliances had to be removed including three toilets. Finishing work, always the hardest part of the job, was well done and complete. Mike always communicated well re timing and answered all technical questions regarding tools, products used, and methods. He is willing to put an extra day or two to do a thorough and professional job.
