We have used this company for a few years and have never had a bad experience. They are very responsive, always polite, and do a great job. Very easy to schedule service and make payments.

We have used Advantage for weed control for a couple of years now. They have always been very professional and dependable. If we have some weeds pop up between treatments they come out asap and spray. Their customer service is always top notch. I would highly recommend their services!!

WORST SERVICE EVER— both customer and actual quality of spray. ! They came to spray for weeds and bugs. 2 weeks later I still have bugs that are alive and well. Because they conned me into a contract service which said they would come back anytime there was a problem I asked them to do just that. They buegrudeoningly agreed but only after saying they would charge me another $100. I’ve had my house sprayed for bugs for years and have never had this kind of problem. Customer service was terrible and the lady was extremely rude and did not mind my cancelling service at all.

Jacob was very professional and kind. He sprayed the entire outside and inside of my house. He treated my black ant problem and sprayed my garage as well. I have always been satisfied with Advantage Pest. Their office staff is just as kind and professional when I call. I highly recommend this business.

Worst service ever. We canceled our service back in September however a guy showed up and sprayed outside and we were sent a bill. My husband called and said they were not supposed to come anymore because we canceled the service. Now in January my husband gets a call saying we had a bill in collections from advantage pest control. He asked how that was possible since we havent used them in months nor received any Bills at the house. He called advantage to see what was going on and they said we needed to pay for when the guy sprayed outside in October even though it was their mistake, and not only that but we were supposed to pay the full amount even though they didnt spray the interior or garage. He asked why it was sent to collections without any notice and was told that they were sending him emails and when they verified his email it was incorrect. They said they had send paper Bills each month...they absolutely did not. And they said they have been calling...again they have not and the phone bills prove it. She refused to do anything about this issue. Even when we had their service we were constantly needing resprays ahead of schedule. This service and company are one of the worst I have ever felt with. Would give 0 stars if I could!

Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable and a good and focused worker. He listened to us but wasted no time getting the job done. Jacob thought of things we had not even thought of - for example, he found that some ants had been coming in through the outlet. I highly recommend him to anyone.

These guys are the best! They keep all of the icky, creepy crawly things at bay! We have the every 2 month spraying plan and it really does the job. We also used the weed control service and that worked great as well. Every single tech that comes out from the company is super nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful when answering questions. Eric has been to our house twice and is a very respectable young man. He was very good with our son and very polite with my wife and I. He explained everything to us and even brought up our trash cans! Have had a few techs come out over the past two years and he is by far the best one!

I highly recommend Advantage Pest control!! I was really worried about having someone in my home and concerned about what types of chemicals they would use. I did a lot of research and found advantage to have the best most thoroughly trained staff and the most cutting edge technology. We have two very young kids and a pup, and were worried about having pesticides used inside of our home. The techs at advantage really know what they are doing and about the products that they use, they explained everything and I found out that the chemicals are made from flowers and are totally safe for kids and pets. They do a thorough job and really customize what areas you want to do and where you are more likely to have issues. We had problems with little ants and they are finally gone. We also have a large vegetable garden outside and were worried about spraying near our food—Jeremy explained our options and I feel like we have the best of both worlds—no bugs and no dangerous chemicals near our kids. Finally I have to say that the customer service has been great, it really is a family operation and they truly care about their customers. Thank you, Advantage!

Ive had Advantage Pest take care of my home for about 2 years and I dont have a single complaint. They come quarterly and if needed in between that (but thankfully I havent had to do that). They work around my schedule which is great! They are very kind and always ask if Im having any pest problems. But ever since I started with them I havent had a single pest problem!Their product is kid and pet safe too which is definitely a plus!!! I highly recommend this company!

Mike is usually our technician, and he is so nice and professional. He is always helpful in explaining the work that he does and the products that they use (which are pet friendly and non toxic). When we moved to New Mexico last year, it was our first time dealing with ants and pests in our home. I was wary of hiring a pest service because I was worried about how expensive it would be, but Advantage is affordable and invaluable, and it gives us peace of mind in knowing that no bugs are going to set up shop in our home. Plus, if your ants/pests come back after they treat you for your quarterly service, they will come back and retreat with no extra charge. I highly recommend them!

Ive used Advantage Pest Control for a couple of years now and couldnt be happier. They are always nice and professional over the phone and they must know what they are doing since I havent really seen any bugs since they started. I had to call once for ants inside and they came out as soon as they could and took care of the problem right away and the gentleman was very nice and professional in person as well. We had a huge disgusting mice problem in our garage and backyard. Advantage came and within a week it was so much better! Now about a month out we havent seen any mice or other bugs either! The staff is very professional and took care of all our concerns. The price is great and we are very happy!

Weve been using these guys for a couple years now and couldnt be happier. Bottom line is I dont like spiders especially these sun spiders that are something between a scorpion, spider, and satans pet. We hired a couple other companies who guaranteed their demise but no luck. I canceled those contracts and starting spraying myself but we continued to see sun spiders and large wolf spiders all around our house. I thought i would try a company one more time after I had to get my three year old to squash a spider for me. That was the last straw. Ive been with Advantage ever since.I think the main guys name is Jeremy. He keeps to his word. Comes out on time and when we need him. Now we just have him apply around the house once a month, he sends a statement every three months and i get to keep my manhood by not getting my now 5 year old to kill spiders. Its a win win. Oh yeah...not to mention he also got rid of the ants. So, its a win win lose (for the ants that is).

We live in Rio Rancho NM and had a pest control company servicing our house for several years before we made a switch to Advantage Pest Control in Rio Rancho. Even with a quarterly service we had ants in our pavers, roaches in our flower bed and a few spider webs but our bug guy explained that these are hard to get rid of completely and it was just something we needed to understand. Not knowing any better we just kinda took it on the chin. Well, after Advantage Took over our bug control I saw a stark difference within the 1st 2 treatments we no longer had any of the pesky insects we did before. Oh, and here is the kicker…. I have been a resident of Rio Rancho for many years and always seem to have some kind of pest problem. From ants,spiders,moths etc. Over the years I have always handled the pest issues myself, by purchasing products from over the counter. But the insects seems to never completely go away. I decided to call a pest control company and came across Advantage Pest Control They arrived on time with the time I provided and called ahead to make sure someone was home. From time of their arrival, they were very professional until job was completed. All the pests seem to be gone and now instead of spending hundreds of dollars on products. This will be an annual thing for me to use Advantage Pest Control in the future. It was worth the money!

We signed a contract for them to come every 2 months. They sure do charge us every 2 months, but getting them to actually show up is another issue. They no show with no call, they reschedule with no call.... Very unprofessional. Gave them a fair shot, but their service just keeps getting worse, so we will be switching.
