I needed the fuel filters and oil filter changed on my Ram 3500 before heading out for the summer trip. Payne Rio told me to come right in that day and took care of all my service needs. I travel full time in my fifth wheel trailer and have been to several Ram dealerships throughout the United States for service. The service team at Payne Rio far exceeded all the others. From talking to them on the phone to see if they could schedule me, to paying after the service was completed was all an excellent experience. They made me feel like I was part of the family and the price was fair. I will definitely utilize this dealership again if I need service for my Ram while in the RGV! Keep up the good work!

Went for an oil change. It was fast and easy. All employees were wearing face mask and hand sanitizer inside building.

Went in wanting a transmission flush was greeted by mr.zamora ( apologies if I spell it wrong). I was mind set ready to get a transmission flush thinking it would be around 250$ too 300$ and he told me it was 400$+ before going through with this he told me upfront and was honest instead he recommended a lighter service to be performed instead at a much much better price and even gave me a little chart for further recommendations absolutely satisfied 👍👍👍

Great service fast whit thier oil change and information they provide

Came in because I had shaking in the wheel. I was charged $200 for a tire balancing and scrapping mud off of my truck. It took 3hours for them to do this. When I’m reality it should of only taken 1hr. I know dealerships need to make money but to try and hustle customers is not how you keep clients. Ive been in the car industry for 20 years.The service writer was very nice, courteous and professionalism

Worst staff at the service center.im already upset over my vehicle leaving me stranded .then being miles away from home in a city i do not know and having to deal with the lady at the service center not being helpful or trying to explain things to ot help me get my rental. Quess its to much paperwork for her day is almost over and i cant get no feedback on my rental and ive been waiting since 8 in the morning

The 1st clerk i spoke to didnt even check, to see if i could get the oil change freeBut me thinking its a male thing taking advantage of a female??????Asked the young lady that walked in after if i was supposed to get it free, she checked, and said my price was going to be $23 instead of $ 108.
