Worst customer service ever. They refused to take my package saying they were closing in 6minutes and couldn’t do a customs form in that time. I left went to Wanaque who happily did the same service 5 minutes before closing. I haven’t been back there in 5 years thanks to the blonde at the counter - I only use Wanaque.

Staff is beyond helpful and considerate, my go to spot to ship out parcels.

Moved to Ringwood a little over five years ago. Opened my own office and needed continuing help with all of my professional and postal needs and still do! Sweet, kind and helpful staff has always taken great care of me!

Everybody at this location I’ve encountered is amazing besides one employee. Refused to take my packages multiple times for no valid reason. I drive out to Oakland usually. A shame bec our tax dollars pay to have a postal service that I wish I could use

Worst service they did not want to help with passports, the lady tried many times to make me cancel my appointment to renew my passport and at the end did not help saying i couldn’t do it there because i had a new york license i will never visit the ringwood post office again worst service, after i went to bloomingdale and they helped me with the hole process to renew my passport with no problem and were very friendly and helpful.

I was spoken to in a very rude manner when I arrived. The post office was trying to close 5 minutes early and would not allow anyone in trying to claim they were closed with still a few minutes to spare. Regardless of the fact they should have still been open for a few minutes, it is the holiday season and I was belittled and spoken down. Need to work on how to better speak to customers especially during a stressful holiday season. A simple, unfortunately we are closing but you can return tomorrow at this time, these are the hours. It was 4:57 and the door was being blocked and would not allow a few of us in for the last few minutes.

There’s a particular blonde lady that works there that is very rude and condescending to the customers. I do not know how she still works there. I had many encounters with her and today was just enough. As I was getting things done, she sneeze so I said “Bless you”. She did not acknowledge it or said thank you, but had the audacity to make a remark about how people should wear a mask. Ironically she wasn’t wearing a mask herself after sneezing twice. She should practice what she preaches.

The blonde woman at this post office is a very unpleasant person to deal with. An employee shouldnt complain about doing a service for you if are politely asking for a service from a post office. Getting refused to send packages etc. Its shame to feel like you cant use a post office you pay taxes for. If you dont like your job change it.

I have a PO box, so I visit regularly. While I wish that the hours were better, the employees are always pleasant and helpful. Noel always makes sure Im choosing the best method when I have to mail something.

My mailman is the BEST. Extremely helpful and goes out of his way to help. A real example of customer service. The people at the post office could learn a few things about customer service from my mail delivery person, though.

Post Office always closes on time, great staff, and super energetic employees who are always there to help. They always go out of their way to help a customer.

Lazy. They dont bring packages to my door, they claim my mailbox is blocked (when it isnt) and therefore dont leave my expected deliveries, and theyre always delivering my packages to the wrong house. I was once expecting something when snow came to town, and opened my mailbox to find a sorry we missed you slip. Both of our cars were in the driveway, and there wasnt a single footprint leading to our door. They didnt even try!! We got in the car and had to track down the mailman to retrieve our package.

Would rate 0 if possible. Such unbelievably rude and lazy staff.
