Very Rude!! I will Never call this place again. You need a caring person to assist with future clients. My dogs doctor is nicer and more informative than this place.

I had an appointment with the doctor over the phone and had a family emergency come up. I called to reschedule, and they told me I have to go up there on a Tuesday from 8am-11am and you dont see the doctor until 1pm to get my medication refilled and I dont have time on Tuesdays i work a double every Tuesday and cannot take off work to do that and lose the rest of my day. They are very inconvenient.

The constantly cancel appointments. Twice Ive arrived (after confirming my appointment) only to find out that my appointment was cancelled. Once because my counselor was on vacation (she was actually no longer employed here and I waited in the waiting room for an hour before they told me) and the second time because the counselor didnt take my insurance and no one called me to reschedule. Ive given this place a lot more chances than I think most people would but Ill have to find somewhere else.

The doctor they have this month is incredibly ignorant. I didnt realize my maintenance meds were almost out, so I called and told the the situation. I only needed 4 days worth of meds to last until my next appointment. (That was my fault and I shouldve counted my pills.) Chelsea at the front desk was polite and sent 3 alerts to the Dr. On day 2, the Dr said she was too busy and never got back to me. On day 3 after no reply, Chelsea called the dr with no answer. I know for a fact the Dr was sent more alerts than just mine, but was too busy to take care of any of them. Now this is day 4 and I am out of meds and I still have 3 days until my appointment. If something isnt done by today, I will be making whatever phone calls that need to be made to report this so called Dr.

Would like to give them a negative star cause the people at the front desk are rude and dont care about others. I can Not believe those type of humans work at such a place where people Need people!!!!!!!

Very unprofessional receptionist.

Very careless and unprofessional in every way. They do not care because it doesnt affect them, personally. What a nightmare.
