Their sign says emergencies and walk ins welcome. I stopped in with an excruciating toothache and was told in no uncertain terms they could not help me until late October because it was against rules of the American Dental Association to help me without a complete exam and had no opening until October. Would NEVER refer these unsympathetic people who do not care about patients and flat out lie about their services.

Id definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Rincon, based on my first visit, everyone around there are very friendly and very positive. The process wasnt too long or anything, I was in and out fairly quickly given it was a Friday. After seeing the damage done on my teeth over the years, I was actually surprised by not having to get what I was already expecting and instead they are able to do a better and cheaper work this saving me money and time. Hope Goyt really helped out with the pricing, she even helped work around my schedule which really helps with planning everything, plus even helped me get set up with the payment plan. If I could rate this 10 stars I would, very recommended.

This office was just fantastic! Very clean. The whole staff was just so welcoming and polite! didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen, the one hygienist that I’d love to point out was Mrs.Renee Blissett! She did my cleaning and was very informative and just straight up astounding. Definitely recommend driving the extra miles for this location ! Will be coming back.

This office put money over a patient as a priority. You can never for starters get an appointment in fairly decent timeframe - if you make an appointment expect to wait at least 2-3 months before being seen. And, when being seen they will say that they can only work on one task as in a cleaning only and not a filling or vice versa. Hence another way for them to push out another appointment so far and pay more money when they absolutely can take care of both in one visit! Taking my business elsewhere.

Yesterday was my very first appointment with Aspen Dental. I must say, I was extremely impressed. The office was clean, and every staff member went out of their way to be attentive and helpful. The x-ray technician and the hygienist were both thorough, taking great care in making sure my x-rays and cleaning were done exactly right. The dentist took the time to explain to me what my plan of care should be and how the procedures she chose for me, as an individual, are going to optimize the health of my mouth. The ladies in the billing department laid everything out for me, in an easily understandable fashion, covering what my costs will be for each procedure, and how, after applying, I qualified for a choice of different monthly payment arrangement options. I was pleasantly surprised that although I need a lot of work, the total cost is going to be much more affordable than I imagined. They even helped me with scheduling. I was amazed that after my consultation was completed that I was actually able to begin my treatment on the same day. I am excited to have started my journey to better oral health with Aspen Dental. I will definitely recommend Aspen Dental to family and friends. If you are on the fence about making an appointment, I say, with full confidence, just take the leap to a healthier smile right now.

I was very impressed with the services received and the curtesy of the staff. I have received dentures prior to my visit with Aspen but must say Aspen is far superior. I recommend them highly.

Had my teeth extracted yesterday morning, the doctor and assistant were great. They helped me through, the numbing shots were bad but they helped me through that pain and were very encouraging. Will definitely be coming back and will recommend to my family.

They told me I had periodontal desease and was charging me for the special treatment. Started going to a new dentist because of the prices, found out I didnt have periodontal desease! So Aspen was over charging me! Also they wouldnt send my x-rays to my new dentist even with the papers I signed requesting they do so.

Very pleased with the courteous and pleasant staff. Dr. Creech was thorough and pleasant. The financial coordinator was very helpful and happily my Humana insurance covers the costs.

Friendly folks, efficient, and ready to help. I love that they didnt try to hard sell me anything. They gave me the info and let me decide. Unfortunately, my insurance isnt available in Georgia! That was a bummer because I would have had them do all my work. They still offered me an overview of my teeth and their current condition. Had several teeth pulled...had trouble getting tooth out...grinded puntured hole in my sinuses....couldnt finish sent me to an orthopedic surgeon..had skin grafted from inside my cheek...to patch hole...i get a bill for over $4,000 from surgeon....i asked the dentist do they pay for that ..she said no...Whats wrong with that picture.

Karen Cooler the Lab Tech makes you feel great about your smile she comes in the room and talks to you like a human being! I can not say how good she made me feel. Went to Aspen Dental recently. I was warmly greeted and treated like i was the most important person in the building! Im sure they do this to everyone! They were very patient with me during x-rays. My doctor was so thorough in her assessment of my teeth. Very informative. Then the finance company was awesome. They understood my situation.I would highly recommend Aspen Dental!

Very disappointed that I was charged for something that I specifically stated that I didn’t want that service to be done. Upon receiving my bill I questioned that charge and was told it was the charge for the service that I said I didn’t want. I asked the young lady why I was charged and her response was she was not here yesterday so was not aware the service was declined. I then asked to please give me records of the results to which I was told it was just a light they wave over the teeth. Still assuming some notes were made regarding this service that I already stated I didn’t even want done, I was give a piece of paper just saying “Oral ID” and said my doctor back home would know what that means.The customer service when the appointment was made was great but what’s the point in good customer service in the beginning when they won’t respect your wishes and then charge you anyway.

Do not go here! They allowed a staff member to come in with classic covid 19 symptoms of severe cough and shortness of breath. She said it was fine because she had a negative test, when I mentioned the false negative rate and how youre still supposed to self isolate if you have symptoms classic to covid 19 she acted like it was no big deal. I will never go back knowing they put their patients health at risk.

Aspen was on our approved list of providers.Office staff is welcoming & friendly.Dr Creech & clinical staff take time for questions about issues found during the exam & the procedures that are proposed.My 15 yo daughter even commented about feeling comfortable, not anxious, during her visit. I was out of town and needed immediate repair to a broken denture. I made an appointment with Aspen Dental in Rincon, GA. Doctor Brown refused to repair my denture but would be more than happy to take an impression for a new denture. I declined and left. I took the denture to a different dentist office in Garden City, Ga. They repaired the denture within an hour for a very reasonable price.

The staff was friendly and explained everything to me in detail. Ive got to have some extractions so I will keep you all posted on that. So far Im really happy about my decision to choose Aspen.Im updating on the service after the extractions. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and it was all done painlessly. I couldnt be happier with my decision to choose Aspen.

I had been suffering with a toothache and they worked me into their schedule. They were fast, very nice, and I could tell they REALLY cared.

Service was excellent, professional and fairly efficient. Staff was extremely courteous and even apologetic for moving a little slow with a trainee assistant. I forget her name (the new girl that is, but she has dark red hair and eyelashes and seems to know her stuff already... She will probably be a keeper because she was busting her tail to learn the system there as well as the machinery as fast as she could, very bright young lady. Only reason for a four star and not a five was for the fact that as a new patient, I had to travel to Rincon from Register for my initial exam because the Statesboro location is booked out 3-1/2 months. However, from there we were able to schedule the balance of the actual dental repairs to all happen fairly quickly and at the Statesboro location!Thanks to all the staff for being professional and friendly and on top of their jobs! I will definitely recommend Aspen to my friends and family!

Before my appointment, I was very nervous because all the people that I knew told me that Aspen Dental was SUPER EXPENSIVE! I went to the appointment and everyone was first of all so nice so my nervousness eased up a little and then after seeing Dr. Brown, getting my treatment plan and the total cost, I was happy! Dental work is never cheap to me, but it is a myth that Aspen Dental is out to break your pockets. I loved my experience and cant wait to take my daughter!

The time I step into the doors, the receptionist was kind, the lady who took my X-Rays was patient and always was cleaning things down right away 🙂, the people had a plan of action too get my teeth and gums where they need to be, ( Renee Blissett ) RDH she took the time in getting my teeth and gums done PROPERLY, and was honest and up front in what I needed too do too maintain my teeth and gums . And the billing process there, they tell you step by step in everything you will be paying and what your insurance will pay out ( She was AWSOME as well ) sprinkles of humor and just made me feel less stress of how much money I had too shell out lol ( which was not much ) !!!!! Update: I visited the office again this evening for another appointment. Ive increased my rating from 3 to 4 stars following this visit. Both the dentist and her assistant were probably the very best Ive ever had work on me. They were patient and kind when I was extremely nervous and anxious about my procedure. I left happy, and not just because I was glad it was over.My first new patient visit went very well. I liked the office space and was excited to go back for my cleaning. I arrived about 30 minutes early, and I did not have to wait. The dental hygienist seemed rushed and the overall cleaning process actually hurt me. My teeth and gums are throbbing even one hour after being home. I would really like to finally be established somewhere, and this place would be perfect if the hygienist would slow down a little bit and watch where the pick was being placed. The biggest turn off though was the clear HIPAA violation. Under no circumstance do you talk about an identified patient to anyone other than another healthcare provider that is treating the patient. 🤐

Ibe been to Aspen Dental twice now. They were all nice and they know how to treat older people i assure you. Very friendly and takes their time with patients, (at least they did to me). Im a grouchy old retired Navy Chief Petty Officer and can get upset at things very easy and speak my mind if they dont go right. I cannot see me ever doing this to the office in Rincon, GA for sure. I see the same dentist every time i go, and she took time to explain things to me . And they have a very good dental surgeon also that visits at least once a month and he is the best i believe. Never felt the shot he gave me for a root canal, and good. Thank you for putting an office here in m,y little town of Rincon, Ga.Good people ans set up good also.

I had a pretty good experience there. Everyone was very friendly. I was amazed to see them wiping down EVERYTHING, including the glove and mask boxes on the walls between patients. This deserves 25 Stars!!! The Staff explained things, and I felt they were knowledgeable about their field.I really only have a couple of comments that come from my standpoint of having a Neurological Disease where too much input = bad output, which is always how I give it.The process went like this: First, a Booth with The first X-Ray machine where you stand up and it goes around your head, then you are moved to the second Booth for Bitewing X-rays. Then you are moved to a Room where the Hygienist comes in, talks to you, examines you, talks to you. Then the Dentist comes in, talks to you, examines you, talks to you. Then you wait a few minutes and the person who goes over your treatment plan gets you, takes you to a room to go over it, schedules an appointment, and off you go. For me. This was over an about an hour and a half period. While I can definitely appreciate it is an efficient process and could feel that it was, and everyone was very friendly; having a brain that has difficulty processing when there is too much going on at a time made the experience of 4 rooms and 6 people in this short period of time too much to process. By the time I was going over my treatment plan, I was not able to process what she was saying. I became emotional at one point while the Hygienist was in the room because my brain had already begun to feel overwhelmed; and I very very rarely get emotional.I did try to explain at one point, and I dont remember to whom, when they were going over my history the famous ongoing issue...Hemiplegic Migraine. And this is where anyone giving medical care needs to improve their service. If they are not 1000% sure of what a Disease listed is, they need to research it. In this case, I was asked, You have migraines? I answered, No, I have Hemiplegic Migraine I always answer this way because HM is very different than a Common Migraine. I have FHM1, and it is known that sensory overload effects the neurotransmitters causing an increase in symptoms. These symptoms can land anywhere and cause virtually any type of symptom. I have never had a headache with an HM episode. I am however, always in an episode with varying symptoms. The always On symptoms are things like the left side of my face being numb and what are called Menegitis Symptoms. If I am around a lot of activity, then I become easily confused and have difficulty understanding what is being said. Too much input = bad output. I am also lucky enough to randomly suffer what look like strokes, but theyre not randomly clench the left side of my jaw, my left hand becomes a fist and left foot points down a few times a day...who knows why...my nervous system tells my body to make it so. The seizures I used to have stopped one day as quickly as they started, but were then replaced with Paradoxical Vocal Cord Dysfunction which was diagnosed when I kept rudely stopping breathing and passing out for no apparent reason. Why, because my brain said to switch it up.I also have Fibromyalgia, which makes the nervous system more hyperactive and reactive to the wacky signals that the neurotransmitters send out. So, what I have is not just a migraine. I do not take any Migraine meds. What I have makes my body do completely random things at completely random times for no apparent reason, usually.While there are only a couple of us with FHM/SHM in this area, there are others with equally rare diseases that may sound like they arent. I urge you to take the time and ask questions when you encounter them. I felt that this was ignored, and when I tried to bring it up it was dismissed as being no big deal. However, it does have a HUGE impact on how my issue has gotten here and what my outcome will be.
