Ms. Ruth did a great job hemming my bridesmaid dress, and in a very timely manner, too. I also appreciated that she lowered the price she had originally quoted me after seeing that the dress would be easier to hem than she thought.

Ive never had a worse experience. They had my dress for over a month. I called the week of the wedding to see if it was done. Was told it was. When I arrived they handed me the wrong dress. When they finally found mine, they had not even touched it. They promised to stay that night until it was done and deliver it to me. Never did. I called the next day to say I will be picking it up after work, I arrived and they still had not touched it. They claimed they were confused and were on medication. STAY AWAY! I still do not have my dress in my hand. Silver lining, they said theyd take $10 off the cost to off set my gas cost. Most unprofessional and untrustworthy people Ive ever met
