Excellent job moving my piano a few months back

Fantastic experience. Bought a like-new, gently used Kawai piano remotely based on description and images. Had not seen in person as we live a few hours away, so a little nervous about quality. Very easy to talk to on the phone; it was EXACTLY as described, and the piano move was very easy. The piano tuner in our area was impressed with the condition. I would be happy to give them any future piano business.

My family rented a piano for a memorial service. Our mistake was to not mention what type of piano we are accustomed to playing and my review is not a criticism as much as a way to help other renters and the company. The Nordiska grand was a beautiful piano but the action and voicing as well as keys sticking a bit made it hard for the two of us to play our concert-style pieces. As professionals, we were able to adjust our manner of playing to make it work and all was well. My sister purchased a fabulous Boston from Allegrezza in the past and their service is unparalleled. When renting, both parties should communicate openly about what caliber instrument is wanted to avoid the issue we had.

I highly recommend this company for purchasing and moving pianos. Mr. Allegrezza recommended his grandson, Alan Barker, to assist with a move when I had the company move my piano. His grandson charged us $600 for three hours of work; $200 hour! When I questioned the excessive charge, he defensively tried to justify the outrageous charge saying I had heavy furniture, they had to wrap it, fuel driving from Brandon, etc. Very unfortunate expensive experience, but lesson learned: Use a reputable moving company which Im doing for the remainder of our move.

Purchased a little Kimball spinet from these guys about five years ago . They were super nice and not pushy at all . I was treated like I was buying a new steinway . Thank you guys for your excellent service .

I scheduled a piano move a week and a half in advance and they called me the day before the move and tell me they couldnt move it the time I scheduled. Very unprofessional behavior to say the least.
