Lesley was very professional, throughout the office visit. She was thorough while explaining the exam procedure, during the exam, and after. Although I didn’t like whaI heard, she took her time to answer my questions, show various sample hearing aides, and explain the performance and financial differences of various products.

I am on my third set of hearing aids. This brand is the best by far that I have had. I know technology advances but still think that these are at the front.The staff at Ridgeland have turned over a couple of times since I got my hearing aids from them four years ago. Always has been very good and keeps getting better. Consistently such nice, friendly, helpful people. Great product, people, service. Free hearing tests. What more can you ask for.

Each time I walk into Beltone I’m greeted by Terri’s smiling face and bubbly personality. She seems like a childhood friend even though we’ve only known each other for a short time. She goes above and beyond her job duties and makes each customer feel as if they’re her only one. She makes my routine trips to Beltone much more enjoyable.
