Nice guy but I will never go back. I needed a form notarized and his expiration was before the document could be processed. I advised I couldnt use his stamp, after he stamped it. I gave him the form to be shredded and he still charged me even though left with nothing. No notarized form.

Excellent service. Out of state shipments w/ pick up and mail is always tricky. George followed my instructions rather than making money by inflating box size, packing, etc. THANK YOU FOR BEING HONEST.

Its been over a year since I met George. He made it possible for me to get a priceless piece of furniture of my mothers shipped to my home in MD. After talking with him and appreciating the time and effort he took to take care of that for me, I returned to MD and decided that I would like to help others in the same manner. I opened my Pak Mail in June 2017, and have actually done the same for others!! Thank you George!

Extremely rude to my husband in front of our 2 year old when husband asked questions about mailing firearm related package. Refused to ship - and changed reasons why after we offered to provide UPS documentation that showed we followed and were within policies. When we were leaving he continued to talk to us in an extremely condescending tone all the way out. First and only time we will ever use this chain!
