Dr.Heather Walker,is my Dr. Everyone is nice treated with much care. Yes I would recommend this place toOther. I have seen Dr . That really don’t care . They are very prompt getting back to you within the very day .Yes keep on doing good.

I called soon after 8 am to see if I could make an appointment. The lady on the phone very pleasantly gave me the options(doctor, time, etc.) and made a 9:30 am appointment. I got there early as I knew I would have paperwork to fill out. The young lady at the reception desk kindly guided me through the forms. I was called back within 30 minutes of my appointed time and put into a room. They immediately started questioning me and diagnosing my symptoms. No waiting! They ran a in house lab test that took ten minutes to complete. That was the longest wait time between interactions of my visit. All the staff were kind, respectful of my privacy, and quick. As I felt horrible, time was a huge consideration. I was out the door 90 minutes after my appointment time. A big thank you to all who I had interactions with this morning. Im already feeling better.

Dr. Loper has been our family doctor for over 20 years. He is a wonderful doctor. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have recommended him to others many times. It’s a busy clinic, and we have to wait sometimes, but he’s worth it. I trust him.

Horrible Place, If they don’t know you by first name then expect to wait 2- 3hours! Appointment -walk-in even later. Never coming back! One star clean and nice facility

Courteous staff and clean facility, but the doctor on duty prescribed me two medications with serious side effect with the rest of my medications. Calling my family doctor for advice.

One of the most horrible experience i have had, i am allergic to so much medication. I asked for a appointment with a doctor not a nurse practitioner. What do i get a nurse practioner not what i asked for, then every prescription she gives me is wrong. After i gave her the exact pill bottles and insulin pen. She still screws it up. I also tell her that these will have to have a pre authorisation. Nothing is done for over a month to make sure the second months medications are prior authorized. My blood sugar ran 650+ for over a week and a half due to waiting on them to fill out the paperwork to get my medication. Then they get mad because I got upset. I also asked to see a different practioner in their group which led to me being dismissed. I explained that I was not comfortable with who they had assigned me because 1 I asked for a MD and got a NP and 2 that even with holding the medication in her had she still screwed all of them up. I honestly dont trust doctors anymore due to the fact that 1 left me having to walk again after a surgery and 2 because of having a tube down my throat numerous time because even with my allergies in front of them they still prescribe medication that I am highly allergic to. If i had not had my epi pen on me after a surgery and the doctor wanting to try something new for my diabetes he told me i was lucky i had it because i was inpatient and it takes medication awhile to get to the floor. And the fact there again i cant take benadryl without it being dye free. Also with this group i asked for a referral but there were to clear the doctor through me before sending any records or making a appointment what do they do instead of calling me after the doctor i approved wasnt taking new patients on my insurance plan they called and sent my records to one of the idiots that had already cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars. Again they got upset because they did not follow what I had okayed for them to do. Again that could have gotten them in lots of trouble because I had not given permission for them to share my medical records with this particular group if doctors. Your staff needs to listen. I could have gotten them into a lot of trouble over sharing my medical records with a non approved clinic but i am not that kind of person.

Dr. Loper has a wonderful bedside manner and their nursing and billing staff are very kind and helpful.

They advertise that they do Wellness exams but in my experience I had to pay up front and after they filed incorrectly 3x I have never been reimbursed by my insurance. The clinic office has told me their computer system is not set up to file for wellness exams. This has been going on for 8 months.
