I am an electrical contractor and met Jack on a job we were both working on. We exchanged info and began doing business together. I finally found a full service HVAC company I am not afraid to recommend to my clients. So far, 8 out of 8 clients I recommended Jack to made a point to call me just to thank me. I have been in business since 1999 and only have a handful of contractors I feel comfortable recommending to my clients.

Professional knowledgeable and honest company. I ran into it coincidentally but ended up having a great experience where they advised me to apply for the energy efficiency program from the state and it worked out beautifully.Very thankful to Jack for taking the time to explain and help me through the process.

I used Advanced Mechanical on a recommendation of friend.The progress for my instillation had a few issues with their install. They were addressed and they did get them resolved.The AC split units are amazing.

Advanced Mechanical Services installed two commercial gas heaters. They were very professional and got the job done efficiently with no issues. They were very flexible and accommodating with the scheduling of the job and it was a pleasure working with them.

The workers and owner are all very nice, installation of a Mitsubishi mini splits are awesome is just like central air, love it. I did upstairs will do downstairs next year, highly recommend this company.

Advanced Mechanical employees and services were outstanding. They were quick to come out with an estimate and finished all work on time as promised. The workers who actually did the work were extremely careful around the house as well as extremely contentious when it came to cleaning up after the work. Each day they cleaned so well that you would not even know work was done. The girls in the office were always pleasant and friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable. Unless youre an existing customer of theirs, dont expect your phone call to be returned. If you email them, you may get a response -- but it will be them telling you that theyre too busy to even give you an estimate.

Had an appointment scheduled for 1pm today. This was confirmed 3x by the receptionist Jamie.It was then re-confirmed the day before and the day of.I called at 12:30pm to find out that the person for the appointment was running 30 minutes behind. I call again at 1pm only to find that they are now an hour behind.I receive an email at 2pm that they will not be able to make it today. The receptionist Jamie was insanely rude with no regard or concern for my schedule. Never in my life have I dealt with this terrible of a customer service experience.....and I havent even purchased anything yet!-Steve

We had an excellent experience with Mr. Jack Mulligan, General Manager and his AMS crew. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. AMS has upgraded HVAC equipments in our building amidst harsh winter conditions. There was a day when the tools froze due to heavy snowfall and further getting converted into ice due to sub-zero temperatures due to gusty winds. Nature did not bother the well-skilled and committed technicians. Even after the installation, Jack and his team made themselves available to educate us for energy efficient functioning and periodical maintenance of the equipments.Ms. Carlinha Fontenele, Office Manager provided an outstanding back office support. Advanced Mechanical Services is a gem! Although it’s the height of the busy season, AMS serviced our urgent need promptly. Their bid came in $800 less than the nearest competitor. They found a cost efficient solution to restoring an out of warranty unit. [Other HVAC companies, including my local utility provider, insisted the entire system needed to be replaced at a price of over $12k.]. Best of all, the AMS technicians were courteous, deeply knowledgeable, patient with my many questions, tactful in dealing with my HOA rules, and simply friendly, with no ego “expert” attitude. Be aware dishonest company!!!A manager, Anas came to my apartment 2 hours later then the scheduled appointment for Island Aire PTAC unit (combined cooling & Natural gas heating system) repair. He recommended to replace whole unit because the compressor was designed unable to repair & cost was $2800 after check the system. The paid visiting charge $125 will be be applied if I order new unit( I found their website described Free estimation later). Another repair company fixed it by replace a starting capacitor and cost is only $120.
