The place is cool and the guys there were helpful. I dropped off 6 pairs of different shoes, Low top Converse, Vans slip ons, Low top Vans, Nike Air Force 1, Nike Air Force 1 Sage Low, and Nike Tanjun Premiums back in December. I saw a few of my shoes and didn’t feel entirely happy but they definitely looked better than before (shoe laces were meh, tongue of the shoe still looked a bit dirty, but Obviously shoes can’t be restored to the brand new standard so I asked questions but didn’t entirely fight it). I had left a pair in the plastic bag they were returned to me in and stored them for the spring. Now that I’m doing spring cleaning, I opened them up and felt scammed. I was right to not feel entirely satisfied the moment I picked my shoes up. After this, I don’t feel like it’s worth sending shoes to get cleaned.

Dropped off two pairs of sneakers to them and the jordans which are rare, were left BRAND NEW! will def be going there for all my sneaker needs. Super nice guys as well!!!! thank you for two BRAND NEW pairs of sneakers. haha

Great place, they clean ur shoes cautiously and great, nice employees and looks nice inside with shoe display by the window, the bape magazines, and more. i recommend this place to any sneakerhead or someone who needs their shoes cleaned !

COMPLETE SCAMMMM!!!!! DO NOT order shoe cleaning services from them. I ordered boxes for 2 pairs that never came. After telling me that they had issues with their label printing service and 3 weeks, I still did not receive any boxes. From there, I requested a refund, but the manager wasnt in and they were supposed to give me a call back before end of business, that never happened.
