I love this YMCA location. Awesome staff! Very friendly. My two little girls love to play in the child care room. They make every effort to call each person by name. Which is great. An all around great place

Our personal trainer Ian is fantastic. All other employees are very friendly and the facilities are not intimidating.

The facility is immaculate and everyone is extremely friendly!

The John Rolfe Y is a well kept secret! Id made a lot of super friends there, and there are many challenging and well attended classes there that keep me fit and well-connected. I honestly dont know what Id do without the John Rolfe Y.

What can I say? I love the YMCA! I really like this location because its super convenient to where I live (just 5 minutes away) and its really nice that its above the Publix. I can workout and then do some quick grocery shopping if I need to! Also, since its part of the Greater Richmond YMCA, I can use any YMCA in Richmond! Its true that this location doesnt have as much in the way of some of the fancier things like racquetball courts or swimming pools, but its really nice that I can still go to YMCAs in the area that have those things as long as I use this one for more than half of my check-ins. Overall, this one is clean, convenient, and worth the price!

John Rolfe is a small ymca inside publix and for the amount of space they use it well. They have the same equipment as other YMCAs richmond. Its also never busy.
