I have no idea why Bay Cities Refuse receives the type of reviews usually reserved for such fine companies as Xfinity, United Airlines etc. Bay Cities always picks up the phone during normal business hours, the representatives are always polite and accurate, and they have been very helpful with getting the right size garbage bins for our property. They have also assisted with unusually shaped items and occasional pickups of small furniture etc. Garbage business is a tough business but I think Bay Cities Refuse has done great.

Twice now their employees have peed in our trashcans. First time they did it while were home and heard the guy peeing....at first were like, no way that’s happening...then went to check on the trashcan after they left and discovered yes...they did indeed piss in our trash.Now I have to buy a security camera just to look at trashcans...

Very friendly drivers and customer service. Their large bin service for debris removal is excellent as well. Average pricing. Mom and Pop type service which is hard to find in the Bay anymore.

Today 5/24/2019 @4:45 a.m. truck CA. 430 West bound headed toward the bay bridge the crazy insane diver was speeding I clicked him @80 mph a whole sheet of plywood flew off of his truck and when into a windshield of a while benz and a Toyota Camry. I chased him down he tried to run me off the road he wouldnt stop. I snapped a picture of the license plate and the telephone number. I made a report . Truck driver you messed up Im going after your job! Ill will be in your office with the highway patrol today!
