This company is abhorrent. Literally the worst shipping company I’ve ever come across (they’ve lost my packages a total of 4 times as of today). I don’t know what is happening once packages arrive in Richmond, but I can assure you that the drivers are either thieves or totally incompetent. Do your best to find businesses that don’t use Lasership, and if you find that they do, please save yourself the headache and beg them to use someone else or just make your purchases elsewhere.
Ain’t nothing “laser” about their shipping. My package has been “out for delivery” for 2 days now. It’s still in the same spot on on the tracking app as it was 2 days ago. This is ridiculous.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Customer service is garbage and they dont respond to online inquiries. I asked for an address for pick up and never heard back. I was on hold a total of 2 hours trying to reach a human. The latest update was them sending my merch back to the sender. Avoid them at all costs!!
They are TERRIBLE! My package that was lost in transit for 9 days is finally out for delivery, only to be marked delivery attempted - insufficient information. I called and spoke to someone who was marking it urgent for next day delivery which did not happen. Two days later its out for delivery again and marked delivery attempted - insufficient information. Messaged them on FB and chatted with no response/resolution. I called and was on hold for 42 minutes only to be hung up on. When i called back, the lady told me that the drivers vehicle broke down but would be back tomorrow and will deliver it. There apparently was no manager or supervisor for me to speak with. So I cant receive my package for an entire week because your drivers vehicle is broke down? Absolutely the WORST delivery service EVER.
This is the WORST shipping company that I have ever dealt with!!! Victoria Secret needs to find a better shipping company bc theyre losing business!!! Lasership takes no responsibility, their agents are rude and unprofessional!!!!! I have 2 separate orders that are lost bc of them, the items that I ordered are now sold out! TERRIBLE!!!!!
Ok I have avoided leaving a review about this company - here it is. On the plus side, I have always eventually received my packages. Here is my complaint. The drivers 99% of the time put my packages right on the edge of the porch (for the whole neighborhood to see). They are already out of the car so you would think that they would push said packages to the left/right where there is more privacy - not just sitting out for all to view. Today I recd a notice that my package could not be delivered because business was closed. 1. I live in a house and there is nothing that would not allow access to the house. 2 when I chatted with customer service maybe the driver made a mistake when they chose business closed as an option. They close at 8:00 the driver attempted delivery at 3:43. They will try tomorrow. Well lets hope the driver can navigate google better tomorrow because I dont know where he went today.
TERRRIBLE SUPPORT AND SERVICE!!! I ordered a package which lasership said they delivered on 8/20/21 but have YET to receive it. For whatever reason instead of delivering my package to my house written ON THE SLIP they left it in the “mailroom”. I went to the mailroom and it was no where to be found, and after contacting lasership countless times they have no explanation or clue as to where my items are. Please avoid them if you can!! I’ll be sure to file a police report
I must admit that the reviews scared me. But Fortunately my package came on time and it was delivered to my building.
My husband ordered shoes from Adidas that were supposed to be shipped on May 25, 2021 per the Adidas site. When we tracked the shipment through the Adidas site on May 24, we were redirected to LaserShip. The LaserShip site said they attempted to deliver on May 23rd (a Sunday) and it was unsuccessful. My husband and I were at home all day on May 23rd and if someone tried to deliver something, they did not come to our door and knock. When we filed a claim with LaserShip on May 25th, they were to get back to us in 48 hours. They did not. My husband tried to call three times and was on hold for a half hour each time before he gave up. It is now May 28th and we will go to LaserShip’s local office to try to get his shoes ourselves. Wish us luck!**UPDATE** We went to LaserShip’s office and called the phone number for entry to try to pick up the package. The lady seemed surprised that we were at the door, and transferred us to someone else who asked for the tracking number. After looking up the number, she said we needed to talk to customer support. After five minutes, I hung up and called back to the door entry number. A gentleman answered this time and asked for the tracking number again. He said he needed to call someone, and after a few seconds, he said that dispatch didn’t answer so we needed to talk to customer support. I asked him to answer yes or no before transferring us because we’d experienced long hold times with customer support and he said that he had the direct line, but I could ask the questions. I asked if we should leave the office’s parking lot because the package was not in the building, he said yes. I asked was the package being redelivered to our address, and he said no. I was transferred to customer service and was on hold for twenty minutes this time. We were told the package was lost (insert sarcastic gasp of surprise) and they would email Adidas to initiate a refund. My husband still wants his shoes, so when we reorder, we will request Adidas not use LaserShip.***UPDATE TO THE UPDATE*** After sending a message to the company via Facebook Messenger (and being told the package could not be found so contact the seller), going to the office to try to pick up the package, and being transferred to customer support, where we were told the package was lost, so they would send an email to Adidas to refund my husband for his lost shoes, the shoes were delivered on May 29th at nine a.m. as my husband was leaving the house. All’s well that ends well, I guess.
While I dont doubt people have problems with this company - according to other reviews - it is most definitely biased in which only people whove had negative experiences would leave reviews. Id like to balance that out: Ive had a high value shipment arrive at my doorstep two days earlier than expected. Additionally, the courier took a picture of the package delivered further ensuring it made it to my home. If you are worried about your package not arriving due to the negative reviews, please be patient. If things go wrong, file a claim with the company that you use transactions for.
By far the worst customer service !! I have had two orders on marked as delivered that was never delivered and the others said attempted delivery which was a COMPLETE LIE !!! Then when you call customer service they tell you all you can do is call the company you ordered from to ask for a refund. This company needs to be shut down ! I can’t even order from certain stores because of these people .
This delivery service is trash. I live and work in the heart of Richmond and every time they are responsible for delivering one of my packages, they leave them at the front door. On a busy street. With hundreds of people walking past daily. So theyre stolen, not only inconvenient and disrespectful for me as a customer, but incredibly disrespectful to the company they are essentially stealing from. You have a job to do, so do it right and stop ripping off your customers (businesses trusting you to deliver goods timely and efficiently).
Worst delivery service I have ever used. Before ordering anything online, make sure the company does NOT use Lasership....bc you wont get what you paid for and their customer service is worthless. Ive already contacted my local representatives and have sent screenshots of ALL of the other reviews! This company needs to be shut down asap!
Its zero stars for me!! Absolutely horrible! Ordered from everyplate and one of laserships drivers delivered my package to the wrong address. The driver took a picture of my package at the front door like it was delivered correctly to the correct address... sir or maam, did you even look at address before you dropped off FOOD ?!?! so I called customer service and they told me that they would get in contact with the driver and try to have my box delivered to me by 10pm smh. Thats sounds so nice and I would have been fine with that if we werent in a Panera bread right now. A free box of food was dropped at someones door by accident... that box is gone smh. Im canceling my everyplate because they only ship with lasership now and I dont have time to go search my neighborhood to get my packages
A terrible company to deal with. They cant find a location that UPS and FED EX come to several times a day to deliver and pick up . I had to call to verify address yesterday and today they said they need to verify address again. It is a small town and they cant find it. Now they are not answering calls. Dont use them for anything.
Have been following the tracking online for a week, and it shows that my order has been placed onto a vehicle and is out for delivery five separate times. Wait all day for package to arrive and it never comes. Five times. Calling customer service is a total waste of time. They are rude, unhelpful, and will just put you on hold and hang up. I wish I could give Lasership negative stars. By far the WORST customer experience I have ever had
I had issues with the company leading up to the delivery of my package and then the day of the driver called me because she couldnt find my address and was incredibly rude to me and ultimately hung up on me? It was super unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth. There was no reason for her to act so disgusting towards me. I hate leaving bad reviews anywhere and I never do but thats how terrible this experience was.
I was supposed to get a package yesterday and it said that it was delivered but when I checked the Shop app it said that it was delivered to another address that I did not even provide. I wish I could give this company negative five stars because this is ridiculous.
I had a terrible experience waiting for a package delivery. I was of course patient at first due to the pandemic and knowing supply chains are slower than usual, but the problem I had with Lasership was with their customer service. I called twice, the first time the lady had apparently given me the completely wrong information about everything I had asked, which I realized when I called the next day with my package still hadnt arrived. The second day the representative I called was really rude to me and also wouldnt help me with any of my questions. The website itself was apparently giving my the wrong information based on what the customer reps were telling me, and I had the concern that I just wouldnt recieve my package on time at all.
They are the WORSE delivery service! First they delivered the package to the wrong house, I called today to remind them of my house isn’t the one they previously dropped off. Low and behold they damaged my next package that was suppose to be delivered today!!! How ignorant can y’all get
Adidas said package was delivered and it was not. Driver said he put it at the front door but my entire street was blocked. Was told they weren’t sure if they could do anything because “what if it was only 300 feet away. I pray companies stop using them.

What Can I say about Lasership that has not already been said. The only thing I can really do is describe my experience. To be concise I ordered Christmas Gifts on the 8th of December. LaserShip reports the items delivered to the door on the 12th. Not bad if it were true. On the 12th we were outside in the front of the house putting up Decorations as the ring doorbell clearly shows. So perhaps theres a mix up. Well as you can see from the image. The item was magically unloaded from NJ Loaded up to deliver and delivered at the front door in literally 4 minutes tracked step by step with Lasership. But wait then the shipment information also says, the estimated Delivery date is the 20th hmmm as it stands 15 days to deliver a package is pointless as we move to day 16. As it stands now they are looking into the issue (at least that is what the automated attendant is saying, Its a little dog in a chat box)On the other hand, the shipping store says they can send out the products again, except half the items that were ordered are no longer available (Yay Christmas!). But the effort is appreciated. And we will see what happens down this road tomorrow with Lasership.Overall, Lasership has not impressed me in any area of customer service, accuracy, timeliness, as a shipping company or even as a company at all. To the people that are complaining in their reviews of the company please ensure you comments help users but dont fix the company. The BBB may be a better path to get your voices heard and issues addressed. And a lower BBB rating may discourage companies form employing business that cant perform.
I had taken 3 days in a row from work to wait for this package, emailed the delivery company several times about my package with no reply, I finally ended up calling their customer service line only to have to wait for 35 minutes for someone to answer, the woman who answered had a horrible attitude and was extremely rude because she kept getting my tracking number wrong. Then after 5 attempts she got it right just to tell me that it has an exception and would be delivered on the next business day which would be the 16th of December, I explained that I need it before then because its a gift and I asked if I could pick it up instead because I noticed the company is based about 20 minutes from my address, the customer service representative then cuts me off by rudely asking Do you know where they are on Carolina avenue?! so I said I dont know the exact address I would need the address to get there, so she goes Hold on and without asking puts me on hold for another 15 minutes, so at this point im extremely annoyed because I work in customer service so I know 1st hand that you need to treat the customers how you would want to be treated. So once she comes back on the line she all of a sudden has a new more inviting attitude and apologizes for the long hold then she says the manager will be at the warehouse until 9:30pm and I can go pick it up and proceeded to give me the direct address. So I get to the warehouse about 7pm, theres cars outside and lights on in the building so I know someone is avaliable. I go knock on the door but no answer, So I noticed a doorbell and started ringing the bell, No one answers, I continue to alternate between knocking and ringing the bell, I even tried walking around the side of the building and I can see someone walking around in the warehouse; mind you its raining and its dark and its below 31° outside, So now its about 7:24pm and at this point my hands are freezing from being out in the cold so long trying to get someone to come to the door, So I decided to go back to my car to warm up and try calling customer service back; so about 5 minuets later I see two guys coming towards the front door inside the building (I figured they were leaving) so I hop out of my car and run towards the door and end up slipping in mud trying to catch them, so the tall guy goes and sits in the car that was parked across from mine while the other one goes to look for my pakage, the only thing that made this a little better was the fact that he was so nice and had a great personality, other than that this experience was a sh!+ show of a experience and I hope no one else EVVVVVVEEERRRRR has to deal with that again!
UPDATE: package was delivered 24 hours after I contacted them on Facebook. if you are missing something, try that. Uograde to 3 stars for that reason.Package was supposed to be delivered on December 3rd. It is now the 14th and it has been out for delivery or will be delivered next business day since the 3rd. Ive called customer service 6 times (never have spoken with someone-waited over an hour), sent multiple emails and chatted with their Codee virtual assistant. Its just some pajamas from Carters for my kiddos, but they were supposed to be their Christmas jammies. So disappointed.
I have been waiting on my package to be delivered for several days and I just got notice it was delivered but to the business address that I told them they could only delivered between 8-6 mon-fri and my package is not at the address so it was probably taken, horrible company - unfortunately I didnt have a choice the place where I purchased the product uses them
I wish I could give this company ZERO STARS. They are horrible! Package was supposed to be “Out for Delivery” on Saturday December 14th and now today Monday December 16th it’s saying Status is LOST. Called Customer Service, was connected and then told goodbye. This company is COMPLETE AND TOTAL TRASH. I hope no one ever has there stuff shipped through them. You will never ever receive it.
Falling apart car stops in front of house. Man sits in car reading papers. Finally gets out of car and drops package on doorstep. Gets back in car to read the papers again. Eventually leaves.Almost called police about person in neighborhood. Definitely NOT a professional shipping company. Perhaps hiring the unemployed to deliver a few packages? Makes one uneasy having these people in the neighborhood. At least they could put a magnetic sign on the car or something. It just looked like a potential robber was about.
I hope you dont live in an area where its even remotely challenging to find your place. Ive had three orders in the last month go through lasership and they havent even bothered trying to find my place and just left the packages with the leasing office. At least I know to not bother staying home when theyre delivering.

They lost my package, and now they cannot find it, somy Xmas gift is lost, and I bought it on Cyber Monday@ special pricing......Now I have to replace it......They sent it to the WRONG WAREHOUSE!!!!!!Why cant they track it????????? Amazon is no help! they wont even put my item onback order! Just said to keep looking and they would allow me to re order at this price.THANKS A LOT! Like I have the time to spend on this!!!!!
The worst shipping experience ever! Three separate orders and I have had to place a sum total of 14 calls to the office. They put me on hold and suggested that it would be easier and more convenient if I just came to their office and picked up my packages. Horrible company.
Awful company. Amazon will be receiving a letter about this company. I ordered 2 things from Amazon and both packages were shipped using this company for some stupid reason. The first package still hasnt been delivered because the driver supposedly could not find my house. The 2nd item I ordered arrived on time today... How was it that driver number 2 was able to find my house but the first one wasnt?? And no, I dont live in some backwoods rural area. I live in North Chesterfield. Amazon really needs to reevaluate who they use for their shipping. This is completely unacceptable.
UPDATE:I never received my packaged that same day even after promised by Lasership customer service. I was so upset that I contacted Amazon and informed them of the situation. Amazon customer service reps were very attentive, cooperative and helpful. I ended up getting a back up order. Finally on Friday (DEC 6, 2013) I received my package that I was supposed to have received on the DEC 3, 2013 from Lasership. I am in the customer service workforce and have over 20yrs of experience and the civilian and military education to enforce it. Lasership is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I would not be surprised if they go out of business in less than 5 years with their less-than-stellar service. BTW, I tried to contact them and they never returned my 2nd inquiry. BE WARNED!!!Horrible customer service!!! Beware if you ship from them or order an item from Amazon and the shipper is Lasership. I ordered an item from Amazon Prime 4 days ago. Was supposed to be delivered yesterday, received email right away stating it was scheduled for delivery to day before 8pm, well....its 9:50pm and their customer service number is off duty hours. This company sucks butt! I am hoping and praying that Amazon does not use them for the holidays or else they are in trouble.
I advise anyone who is considering to send or receive packages from this carrier to change their mind. Lasership have proven to be very incompetent and unprofessional. My package from Amazon was not delivered to me on time and the driver from Lasership said that he had delivered it already and someone signed - so either the driver lied and he signed on his own since it was the end of his shift or he actually delivered it to the wrong address. The office did not seem very interested in this problem and they asked me to call back in the morning since it was closing time.If you think that THAT is a professional way to deal with customers and you dont mind being treated that way then go ahead and do business with Lasership.
Laser ship is horrible.My first experience, I ordered an item from urban outfitters with a projected delivery date for Thursday. On Thursday there was no package at my door. I came home on Friday to see they finally left a note, at my specific apartment door in a building with a gate code. Not sure why they cant leave it at the door like fed ex and ups. Either way, I signed the form and posted it on my door. Thinking it would be delivered Monday, but it never showed up. They say they returned it to the sender; however, when I call the sender they still have not received it.My second experience was unexpected. I ordered a gift from amazon with 2 day shipping. I got a call from lasership at 10 am on the delivery date saying they couldnt get into my building. I called back and gave the door code and was told the driver would come back and deliver it. When I got home at 6, there was no package. Only a slip that didnt even have my name or apartment number on it (How am I supposed to know this is for me?). I called them back, again, and they said the driver was coming back soon so I could come pick it up in about an hour. Come 830, I still havent heard anything so I drive to their office. I get there and the door is locked with a sign saying for access to call. I call the number and someone lets me in. I asked about my package and apparently the driver was still out and had 6 packages left. I ended up telling them to return it to sender again because it is too late for the item to be of any use to me.Horrible service, horrible company. No one should ever use laser ship to send items again.
I have a problem with the Customer Service, I call this afternoon and the lady who answered the phone sounded like she was sleeping and didnt want to get disturbed, and after the call she didnt even ask me to find out if my concerns where answered. So sad.I was to receive a shipment the day before and it never came i suppose the mail person was obstructed by the winter storm but this morning I receive a message from amazon saying that my package was delivered.
I have ordered from Amazon several times and the shipments have been delivered without a problem by Lasership. I ordered something at 10pm last night and Lasership just delivered it at 9:30 this morning. Thats as close to same day delivery as I have ever seen!
THEY STEAL YOUR PACKAGES !! Do not deal with these people, it’s no way so many reviews with the same problems, someone has to be stealing people’s packages NEVER AGAIN they took a picture to show proof of delivery without the item even being in the picture how does that even make any sense ZERO STARS IS WHAT THEY DESERVE !!

I really wish i could give this company a minus rating....its that bad!!! When I order from Amazon, and they use this company it takes me forever to receive my package. Each time, a lie is told by the driver that he tried to deliver but was unsuccessful. Each time, I would be waiting in my apartment for the delivery. My next complaint is with Amazon - why do they even bother to use this piece of junk company for their deliveries. Their own ratings will end up being as low as this company....They are a disgrace!!!
Wish there was a negative star status.Lasership was suppose to deliver my package from Amazon yesterday. They delivered all right! Amazon said it was delivered to me at 4:04 it was 5:16 no package and I checked. I got the delivery companys name from Amazon order status and had to Google them to find out who had it, then I tracked it and these IDIOTS left my package at the rental office and thats how I found out where it was!!!! There was no knocking, notice or even a sticker on the door like Fedex or UPS!!! They suck from here to California. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!!!
Ordered a package from Amazon, driver leaves a note on the door saying it was left at the rental office.. Rental office doesnt have the package.. Call their door tag number which took forever to get a live person. Driver states that he wrote on the package attempted delivery.. total lie.. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
After reading all of the other reviews I was worried about my Amazon package getting here on time. Lasership was actually pretty good though. Package delivery was scheduled for the end of the day on Friday; it came Saturday mid day -- which given the holiday season is understandable (UPS has delayed a couple of my packages 2-3 days in comparison). My package was waiting on my doorstep under the roofed porch and was in good condition, not scuffed or anything. Its true that Laserships customer service isnt great (I called and waited 20 minutes and never talked to a person). All in all, Im pretty happy though. Would be okay with Lasership again.
Ordered stuff from Amazon which was sent via Lasership. The first day, we were all home and no one showed up, no door tag, no stuff at rental office and tracking said attempted deliver....they did the same thing the second time and my package has still not reached!
Awful. Took them 6 days to deliver something that was scheduled for 3-day delivery. Package tracking is wholly unreliable and when I called to get assistance I got a customer service rep who made it abundantly clear that she was not at all concerned with where my package was or that it was 3 days late. When they did finally leave my package (which was supposed to be signed for to confirm there was someone at the destination to receive it) they left it on the porch in the rain. It was a $700 audio receiver that was shipped in its retail packaging only, so everyone in my neighborhood could tell what it was that was sitting on my front steps in the rain. Nice work Lasership. Excellent use of good judgment and common sense. Ill never use them again.
Hands down the fastest delivery service for the greater Richmond area. I can order an item from Newegg in the morning and have it arrive the next morning when selecting egg saver which is suppose to take 3 to 7 days.
I noticed all of the negative feedback for this company while waiting for my package & was worried. My worries were unfounded. I should have known better, since so many of the negative rants feature ALL CAPS sentences or pointless details. Unfortunately the people that have had a bad experience, feel the need to actually review this company. Meanwhile the satisfied customers just arent thinking about reviewing the company. My Amazon package was delivered on time & the handler was very polite.

Do not bother calling their 1-800 number for customer service- they will not pick up, and the voice mail is full. Google the local branch and call them. After my package was 4 days overdue, and had shown out for delivery 3 times that week I finally called the local branch. She called the driver only to find out the package was not on the truck, but he had left a bunch of packages off the truck at the warehouse- on purpose! I know Amazon needs a bunch of companies to make their deliveries- but they need to drop this company. They are disorganized and completely incapable of handling the delivery load. I will be leaving negative shipper feedback through Amazon. Hopefully if enough people report it, they will stop using them.
Ordered a bike seat from Amazon, and the item was shipped with this company. It was marked as delivered during a time when I was home, and the package was not delivered and we still havent seen it 3 days later.

Flung my amazon shipment so hard onto my stoop, it slammed and all of the bubble wrap exploded. It may have cracked my shipment, cracked the stoop. Appalling!

Never and I mean Never use this company. If you purchase something from a company that uses this Ill managed company be prepared for excuses for why you shipment did not arrive and packages not brought to correct locations. They have horrible customer service and even worse attitudes. Dont waste your time asking for a manager when the service representative is not willing to help or offer any information of why they cant deliver a package that a competitor can deliver from the same company that the item was ordered from with the same address. Point is they are a headache to deal with and expect your package to be late if it is even delivered at all. If I could give a negative star rating I would.
