A great place to get your computer fixed. For a long time, I used a longtime staple shop in downtown Richmond, they were great but they got bought out. Had to resort to big box tech support the last couple times and was overcharged with mediocre service. My neighbour recommended Top Notch last time I had an issue and I must say I am very pleased. Garrett did a good job fixing me up and Emily was very helpful on the phone. Will use again!

Computer wasnt starting up after a power outage. Michael came out and saw the issue almost immediately, went back and grabbed parts, and came back same day to restore me to working 100%! And I didnt lose any of my stuff!

I manage a large appliance dealership on the Southside. I will start off by saying I dont really like TNs pricing schedules for commercial contracts and maintenance. There is no true unlimited support option (which I requested, or at least wanted to hear about). They just charge by the hour although routine customers do get discounts. That being said, they are not that expensive and the service is normally of a very high caliber. They have truly bailed me out numerous times after being screwed by our old in-house IT person and other IT contractors. Our new IT person is much better, but weve retained Top Notch to maintain our backbone, servers, cloud, etc., and do emergency services when our guy is out of town or sick. Still cheaper than hiring a whole extra staff member. Recently they moved our email to Exchange Online from Google Business and it was a very good choice and wonderfully executed.

Awesome service all the way. If you value the premium IT experience, these are your guys. Needed something better than a strip mall repair shop, and not as pricey as a corporate conglomerate. Glad I found Top Notch. They have done a lot for me at home, work, and helped my mother in law set up WiFi in her early 1900s house.

These guys are aces at fixing computers and recovering data. Recommended them to my boss and she loves them too (and she is hard to please). Fast, professional crew. Small enough you get to know each other, and big enough to tackle any job. Not exactly the cheapest, but Ive paid higher rates for much worse service so Im sticking with these guys. Also, I should mention, one time I left my wallet in their office on accident. Days later, when they found it between some seat cushions, the owner or manager brought it back to my house for me that night, and there was no money missing! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I had used them for years out of their Charlottesville location and was excited to hear they now have a Richmond location after moving. Theyve always been knowledgeable, professional, and didnt break the bank. Great for managed IT work or even just a new hard drive or part.

Very glad they opened an office in RIC. They have proven time and time again to be capable of the high-level IT consulting & heavy networking side of things, and also great at residential & simple repairs. Very unique for an IT provider around here.

Finally, a place to get your laptop fixed that is noticeably better than the rest. Warning: they are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I have tried numerous strip mall repair shops and normally they would miss the mark in some form or another. These guys do computers only (laptops and desktops), as well as onsite networking calls. They do not mess with piddly stuff like broken iPhone screens, dropped your tablet in water, etc. If you have a computer that needs fixed, or need a new computer, use these guys. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent service through and through. Not exactly the cheapest, but they are super efficient and super skilled at everything they do. You can tell that the techs are the best of the best, and don’t give off that creepy vibe of some weirdo who lives in their mothers basement, like a lot of textbook IT people. I am the assistant director of a medium size nonprofit in Richmond. We use them to manage our office needs and I also have them come to the house to fix our Wi-Fi, kids computers, etc. Recommended for sure!

I cant say enough about the way Chris, Garnett, and Sean from Top Notch have helped me over the last few months. I manage a small solar installation company and they have been our ace in the hole as far as IT support. Sharp, quick, sensible, and somebody almost always answers the phone who can help immediately! On the personal side, the professional-grade WiFi system they installed in our house was something our contractors said couldnt be done.
