The guys from LMT were great. The installation techs were very professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing. These guys are GREAT! Ive been limping my ancient desk top along for years. I finally decided to call in the pros. It was more convenient for me to have them come to me and Chris arrived right on time. After installing a new hard drive and Windows10, my computer is like a new machine. They even followed up with a text asking if everything is working well. Im having issues with my mouse (we think). Charles remoted in and checked things out and didnt charge me! He even found the best mouse for my application on Amazon for me! They really know their stuff, are punctual, patient, and polite. I highly recommend LMT!

I would highly recommend this service to anyone that would like security cameras installed by professionals. They are friendly, very knowledgeable and in my opinion go above and beyond. I was very pleased with the installation. They installed 5 cameras, it took them a few hours and showed how to view on the monitor and downloaded the app to my cell phone as well. Charles did a great job of figuring out why my 7 year old computer was not working right. He quickly diagnosed it using several analytical and scanning tools, including bringing in his own monitor to help isolate the problem. He also spent some time consulting with me on what my next computer should look like including processor, memory, video card, and monitor configurations. He also saved me some money explaining that my old Widows Office 10 software from my Windows 7 system can be installed and used on a new Windows 10 system.

I have a 4 year old computer with outdated RAID technology. I started having SSHD issues. LMT was smart enough to back up my hard drives. Thank God. The next day, they crashed and burned. Replaced with a new SSHD, file copied from the backup. I didnt lose 4 years of data. Charles called me constantly and kept me informed. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them an 11. Use them. You will only regret it if you dont use.
