AMAZING service! i am seriously technology deficient, so when my iphone (6s) screen got shattered, i was a little overwhelmed by all the choices for repair. i ultimately chose device lyfe, because their rates were actually reasonable, AND they came to me at work, picked up my phone, fixed it, and brought it all the way back - in well under 2 hours and well under budget. Alex was my tech - he went above and beyond to coach me through the info he needed, fully respected that he was coming into my workspace (strict boss), and basically just took care of everything. im gushing, but this is totally gush-worthy!
Alex is very responsive and professional.He went above and beyond my expectation.He replaces my broken iPhone X screen and even added a screen protector for free.Performed some extra tests to fix the Face ID as well.
