The Richmond, IN office and crew are amazing! Use them every six months and they always do a wonderful job. Not only do they show up on time but they are quick and efficient and leave our carpets nice and fresh! Definitely worth the money!

The guys were really nice and respectful and did such a great Job! They did my linoleum floor which I haven’t truly been able to get clean since I lived here! It now looks brand new!!! I highly recommend them.

The young men who cleaned my mother-in-laws carpets were wonderful. They were ahead of schedule and called with plenty of time for me to get to her house. They were quick and efficient and did an amazing job.

Joshua was great, he was super friendly and explained everything very well. He was in and out and got the job done fast! This was our first time using Stanley steemer and it was very easy to schedule and get in.

The guy that actually cleaned our couch, was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and got the couch done in no time! However, whoever set up the “appointment” and all that was ridiculous! I set up an appointment online for Friday and someone called and said they were “too busy” which okay, fine. That’s understandable. But he said he could do it Monday. I told him it would have to be after 3pm. He told me there was not anything available after 3pm so it would not work. So I told him I would have to call him back to see if my husband could move things around at work. Well little did we know, he went ahead and scheduled the appointment. So we were not even home when the young man got here. My husband had to speak through our camera system to tell him he would run home. The young boy was confused and should not have been put in that situation when we did not even have an appointment that we knew about. Especially when I told the guy we both would be at work until AFTER 3PM! Thankfully my husband was able to take a quick break from work. But it was ridiculous. I told the guy on the phone it was a sectional. He put it down as a couch. It ended up costing me $220 to clean a small sectional. I will never use Stanley steamer again. I will be going with a company that knows how to schedule and correctly quote customers. The young guy that actually did the cleaning was really awesome and polite. Which was the only positive about it!

I was able to set up an appointment with only a 3 day waiting period! they have 5hr time windows, IMO a bit long of a wait for a 25 min job). The pricing was a bit off. Stanleys page shows 3 rooms for $99 with no note stating prices could vary from town to town. However when I called I was told it was only 2 rooms for $99 in my area. The reps did show up on time and was in and out in 25minutes. This was a bit concerning on how quickly they were in and out, however once everything was dry my carpets look brand new. There are a few things that were mentioned when I scheduled like there would be pads placed under any furniture in the room that was not completed. But all n all happy with the outcome.

The team that came was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, as well as very courteous. My only problem was I was given one price when I called and scheduled, but then had to pay a different price on the day of service. When I called I asked if there were any specials and was told yes and then the cost, but again I did not keep the paper I wrote it on.

They are very thorough and try to get as many stains out as possible. If they dont think its possible, theyre upfront with you about it and explain why. Definitely worth the money!
