For the years I have been in the industry, I had never seen such dedicated and honest work coming from a Recruiting / Human Resources agency. Even though I was a offered a full time Manager position for one of their clients, I did not accept it since the client company did not seem like the right fit, but I have nothing but good things to say about Glenn’s professionalism and dedication to negotiate with the client better working conditions and compliance with terms agreed. From this experience, I can say that even though there might be companies out there that are trying to lower your self value and try to get you to sign by changing your title, terms and save an extra buck, there still are a few transparent professionals that make all the difference in the HR world when it comes to transparency and support candidates’ rights and values.Glenn you have great values and a bright future! As an IT professional, it has always been my dream as child to work with a company that refers to me as Human capital.

I definitely had a fair few poor interactions with a recruiter. They are supposed to be looking out for your best interest. Instead I found I was being pressured into opportunities that were not the best choice for me. I just want to posit that finding A JOB is not the same thing as finding the right job.I walked away and havent looked back. I did a lot better for myself looking for positions on my own and with other companies.
