I got my hair bleached and dyed purple here one day, I went in to get it done blue and the lady said they couldn’t do that because of the color my hair was, she even insulted my hair color, another lady insulted my moms eyebrows and tried to pressure her into getting them dyed and waxed. Very rude.Anyways, the one lady dyed my hair purple and said to wait three days and then shower, the dye should last about 8 weeks.I paid $130, I even tipped them $20 cause I just thought they where having a bad day.NOT EVEN ONE WEEK LATER AND MY HAIR IS A NASTY GREEN COLOR.All I did was shower, I didn’t put any other producers except what the shop told me too, and now my hair is green.Avoid this place, they lie, over charged, and insulted me and my mom for no reason.

Kattie is phenomenal!!! I went in with just a picture on my phone and she nailed it! I would recommend her to everyone! Friendly, polite and she took the time to give me recomendations to improve the overall style and after care of my hair.

I have come here several times over the last couple of years, and they gotten more rude each time that I come in here. The last time I came, they double charged me for an eyebrow wax because they said their card machine wasn’t working and made me swipe my card another time. Then I come back today, they tell me to wait 1.5 hours for an EYEBROW wax which takes about 10-15 minutes. I come back at the time they tell me to come back, and they tell me it’s going to be another 40 minutes. This place is so unorganized, unprofessional and they just act like they hate their jobs. It’s really disappointing to come somewhere and the employees get an attitude. If you don’t like what you do, then why are you doing it?

Went in to get a haircut a pixie and showed the stylist exactly what I wanted and she ruined my hair with a razor in that’s all she used no scissors at all, now I haft to wait for my hair to grow out to look like anything I wore a hat after the haircut leaving there never again, I use to like going there back when Lois was there she always did excellent job,

Asked for a highlight. Like a frost. She pulls out color? Told her the longer you leave it on the whiter it will get. She asked about the colors I wanted in white? I wanted a highlight tinfoiled? Put me under the heat. Ive known my hair for a long time. She washed my hair in cold water never had that done before. I was there from 3 until 6. My gut was telling me to leave. Always listen to your gut! I paid 170.00 plus tip. An I want to cry.......

I spent $230 for my hair to not even look like its been changed. Wouldnt recommend at all. 💯 I feel like I should have been charged with a all over dye not a ombre. I will never go back.

I only got a hair cut. Wonderful job cutting my hair. Clean facility, prices reasonable, good hours, staff were friendly enough. Didnt like that staff had to step away from cutting my hair to help customers at the register and it was really hot in there.

Way over charged me a cut and tip i got charged 44. I know a cut is 21 and i didnt get nothing else done.

I’ve been coming here for a year almost and always get a great cut. They take their time and never rush through a cut like some places do.

If i could rate a zero star i would. This place charged me over 80 bucks and didnt even change the color of my hair. I wanted to go f4om light brown to blonde and the stylist Laura aparently didnt know what bleach was cause you couldnt wven tell ahe had done anything. And my hair lifts super good! So i know if she had done it right then i wouldve been blonde. But ended up having to go to someone else a couple weeks later to get what i wanted. For much less.

The girl who did my hair accidentally left the purple toner on for too long so i didnt see the results of my bleaching for a few days. I called back 3 days later because it wasnt washing out, the manager had me come in the same day and gave me a Malibu and I got to see what a good job the girl had done! I couldnt thank them enough!

Terrible place to get a haircut from. I asked for shaved side and the top to the right. She cut the hair so short that my haircut wouldn’t comb over. She was also on her phone the whole time.There is only one girl there that can actually give satisfaction.

The girls do not know what they are doing,the younger girls have to ask the older lady how to do basic blonde highlights,if they were giVin good trainning in beauty school they would not have to,ask for help I think the beauty schools around here are not teaching correctly, to be a hair sylist you have to have the touch and some of these girls do not have the touch they just want to be a hair sylist but do not have the touch

Seemed very rushed and my boyfriend was the only customer they had so she totally messed up his haircut.

Lady was rude and made snide comments about my hair. I walked out. Never again. If you want beauty school drop outs to cut your hair then go here.
