Sons hair looked great, even after rock wall climbing for 3+ hours w/no shower, dinner, and several games of pool. The wait wasnt bad either and they were busy! AC was perfect. Loved the dogs too!

It’s hard to look in the mirror at your jacked up haircut, And then pay them for it.It’s a one size fits all kind of barbershop… They can give you any haircut you want, as long as it’s a high top military cut.

Went in for the first time today. I was pretty shaggy. Austin did a great job cleaning me up. I didnt feel rushed at all, good music, good atmosphere. I didnt think it was possible bit Im even better looking than when I walked in.

Really good atmosphere and a good selection of barbers. I wont lie, Im that person that waits for the one barber. I gave some of the others a try when I was in a hurry or one was not there. I was really amazed at the others barbers performance. I encourage anyone seeking a skilled barber to try D and V, but more importantly dont be afraid to let someone else in the shop cut your hair if your in a pinch. Show them pictures and plainly state what you want. Worse case it grows back!

The staff at D&Vs are courteous and all of them seem to be good at what they do. Havent been disappointed in our many visits there.

I went to get a beard trim and some advice on how to trim and maintain it. I had the pleasure of meeting Ron. He not only did a good job of trimming my beard but gave a wealth of info on how to maintain a good beard. I would highly recommend this shop.

Really hit or miss. Some of the barbers here are amazing at what they do while others are not so great and may leave you with a botched cut.

Being out of town I was looking for a barber and thought Id try here. I asked the guy in the back left corner (he never told me his name) for a low skin fade that blends in the top. Well, it ended up turning into a middle/high skin fade. Usually you start long and shorten it if the customer asks, at least hair grows back. Not to mention, it wasnt the most kept up barber Ive been in. I will not be recommending this place.

Dennis is the only person I let cut my hair, and Ive never not been fully satisfied with how I was treated and how my hair came out looking. All the staff is friendly and good at what they do!

They give pretty good haircuts if you can get in. However, they’ll close up shop as soon as it hits 6. Even if you are waiting for a haircut.

Wait was a bit long only because they were so busy, which is a good sign. A really good barber shop with friendly staff. They also offer a beard oil that 2 of the guys there made. They put some on me while there to see if I liked it and it was awesome. Especially the smell, it smells great. Would definitely recommend getting some if you have a beard.

I’d heard about this shop through word of mouth. Let me say it was everything and more. Was looking for a shop that catered to the modern man, while keeping the rustic yet traditional barbershop experience alive. The shops decor is top notch, any man ages 25-40 is bound to appreciate. Mike greeted me upon entering and welcomed me to have a seat in his chair. I introduced myself and began to explain what I was looking for in a shop and more importantly what I expected in a cut. I phrased to him, “I want a Game of Thrones lordly haircut and beard trim.” He knew exactly what I meant by that, which I greatly appreciated. I work outside and commonly don’t see many other people in a days time so I’d let my beard and hair go for awhile donning, the “homeless” look. Mike immediately got to work up top and carved out a really slick fade into my beard and hairline. I told him I intended to continue growing my beard below chest level. He meticulously accommodated my requests and shaped my beard into the style I’d described. Mike then finished up with the traditional hot lather and cut-throat neck shave. This to my dismay, as I was leaned back and could no longer enjoy one of the televisions that had Terminator 2 airing on it. I gave Mike a sturdy handshake, stoic look, and good tip. This barbershop gets the full 5/5 from me. I will be returning.

I am so so so disappointed. We sent pictures through Facebook to ask of the undercut I wanted could be achieved there, they confirmed. We came in today and the barber who was going to cut my hair suggested I go to Dennis because he can definitely do it. Dennis himself confirmed that hes done the same undercut probably 25 times. It is not even close to what I asked for. He cut more hair than I asked, the shape isnt even close and theres no actual design, just random stuff. I am literally in tears right now.

I was needing to change barbershops, and gave D&V a chance. Best haircut Ive had in years. The atmosphere of the place is great and the barber took his time to cut my hair just as Id asked. Very professional, great cut, and a bargain at that price. Ill definitely be making this my new regular barbershop. (They do straight razor shaves too, which Im looking forward to getting next time Im there!)

Great barber shop. They almost always have 4 chairs open, and the barbers are great. The prices have gone up about 3 to 4 bucks since i started going so its getting harder to leave room for a tip. Im in IT and dont make what they do an hour. With tip its 15 to 17 for a super simple haircut.Love the place, but the price has me thinking about looking other places.

Use to live in Richmond and this was my go to barber shop. Love this place. Went here after my friend recommended it to me, then loved it so I had all my friends going here and then they had their friends go. The barbers here are awesome and know what they’re doing. The straight shave on the neck at the end is great. The clean clippers with the vacuums not letting hair fly all over you is convenient. You’re just gonna get a great cut every time you go here. Every time I’m in Richmond and need a cut this is where I stop. Definitely recommend!

Uhm, best barbers in town. Its the luxury every-man needs after a long day. They take their time and do a fantastic job! At $14 a cut, plus a tip. Its a fair and amazing place to get styled and profiled!

Perfect hair cut. Both Ron and Dennis can cut hair like Edward scissors hand. You won’t be disappointed. All the other barbers are great too but I’m just loyal to Dennis or Ron.

I love getting my hair cut here. I used to always go to Kevins but needed a hair cut on a Monday and this place saved me. The best haircut I ever got.

I get my hair cut here about once a month! I am a woman with a double undercut with a burst fade. They always make my hair look sleek and perfect. I like talking with them and I always have my son with me and they make it fun for him too. If you are looking for someonw who will make your undercut look great, John and Mike have always done a great job for me! Definitely worth the $13 +tip! Thanks guys!

For the price it’s hard to beat. However, they usually have a long wait. You need to cut out about an hour to get your hair cut here but if you can stick it out they give decent cuts.

My first Visit to D&V Barber Shop. Got my cut from Ron Gabbard . Ron gave me a fantastic cut, my beard looks great. I didnt see one cut that left this establishment that wasnt what I believe to be superior grooming. These Gentlemen are Masters of their Craft. The Shop was extremely busy, testament unto itself. The shop is extremely well organized, spotless for the amount of work done. The products ( which I will be seeking out next visit ) smelled and felt great. The service received is worth much more than charged. Energetic, yet Calm atmosphere. So glad I found YALL especially Mr. Gabbard. See you soon Ron.. Thanks a Million.

Walk ins only, quite a few barbers to choose from, wonderful atmosphere, great price and awesome conversation. Definitely a wonderful place, they actually listen to what you want, and do it right!

I like this shop have been going here for 4 years, just getting too expensive. Price has doubled now. Its $14 for a haircut. Used to be $7 when I first started coming here. Finding a new shop. On top that they messed up my sons hair. Higher prices for lower quality .
