I have been bringing my car here for a little over a year since we moved back to the area, and have always had the most incredible service that is fast, with honest prices, and the best quality customer service. I always request Kelsey Le as my service technician. she takes time to analyze the issue with my car, and give me real and honest feedback. will continue to request her at every service appointment because of her great customer service!

I came in for a simple oil change at 8am. I had an appointment. It took an hour and half for them to finish up. At first, I waited because I assumed they were busy. At about 9:30, I tried contacting the associate handling my car, but didnt get an answer. Turns out my car was apparently ready for a while, but I was not notified. They really would have had me waiting all morning if I had not walked up to cashier myself. I understand mistakes happen but nobody offered an apology. Terrible customer service.

Be careful getting your oil changed here. The technician tightened my filter so tight that when my husband went to change my oil, he couldnt get it off even using tools. Had to take it back to them just to get them to take the Toyota filter off. They wouldve gotten 1 star but because they got me in fast and actually gave me a new filter I gave them 3 for the effort

Despite paying thousands in maintaince to Toyota Fort Bend now they started new way of grabbing more money from customer, they trying to indirectly bound you to buy tire from them, they are making new way of drama with customer to get money.... I bought my car from them almost 6 years ago and always they did oil change of 10k and in b/w at every 5k they just reset maintaince service sign, but today the guy Cesar first time since last 6 years asking for tire rotation on 5k to reset maintaince sign, because the tire was not purchased from them.I told him, tire bought from Costco and they will do rotation at their given miles of time, this is the sign of your maintaince which always reset by you guys and already paid you at my previous maintaince almost $800/- due to close to 58,700 miles of vehicle and as per previous advisor you guys needs to reset at 5k, as always you guys done in my previous all visit.The guy started drama of tire rotation from Toyota Fortbend so he can do reset of sign, they waste my almost one hour in arguments just to charge extra money or giving customer hard time to go to Costco for tire rotation and tell them to reset sign.At the top of it their manager is also trying to linger on the matter for wasting time. I tried to approach their owner over phone but he was not available..I made my mind to never come back again and surely inform to the owner of Toyota Fort Bend by writing on google about these lazy staff behavior of wasting precious time of customers......it seems that now there is no reason to pay hefty amount at the maintaince of vehicle to Toyota Fortbend.....

Love the delearship. 1 star for the call center. Scheduled me for my Sat. 7am Paint Recall. 6am start with a toddler and tween. Wait there to just be told...We have to reschedule. Apparently the call center missed where all paint recalls are through the collision center and cannot see me on Saturdays. Not happy. My pet peeve is wasted time. Make sure you ask a few times if your service or appointment can be seen on the date and time desired.

I only dealt with the parts department on this visit. It was very efficient and very friendly. Upon verifying by computer that the part I wanted was available, I stepped to the cashier to pay for my part while it (a gas cap) was retrieved. It definitely sped up the process and everyone was friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Just stay away from this place. You will waste your time and energy. Salesmen lie to your face and dont keep their promises. They also dont communicate with each other; the miscommunication confuses their own salesmen and customers. The process of buying a car was ridiculous and chaos.

At my last visit to the Sterling McCall Toyota Fort Bend Service Center, the service technician did NOT fill the windshield wiper fluid and the antifreeze fluid, and did NOT check and adjust my tire pressure. My husband and I had noticed these items were low prior to my service, but we did not take care of them as I was going to be bringing in my car to the service center for an oil change. We had already had a bad experience in the past which made us think that certain items were not being done even though stated otherwise on the maintenance report paperwork so we thought to check immediately that day when I got home from the service center. And I would like to add that I have been coming only to this service center ever since I bought my Toyota vehicle 5 years ago. In the past, all 4 of my vehicle’s tires were deathly low on tire pressure about 22 psi (should be 35 psi) and the low tire pressure symbol had come on. Because the symbol came on, I was alerted to the low tire pressure. The ironic part was that I had just recently had a toyota service visit. The service technicians are NOT checking the tire pressure and are NOT topping off fluids under the hood. This makes for a very dangerous situation especially since we put our trust in them!! How can we trust that they are even doing the oil change and replacing the filter?? Do they not understand the ramifications of low tire pressure? And of low antifreeze level? After all we live in Houston, low antifreeze levels will kill your engine on a hot summer day if you go for a long drive. This place is poorly managed. I would urge all customers to check their tire pressures and fluid levels after each service instead of blindly trusting the technicians. You will be surprised with what you find and you will be able to avoid something bad from happening. My service advisor was great and I don’t hold him responsible. It is the higher management that needs to do something about this issue. I can’t imagine that they are unaware of this. This should be considered criminal negligence.

Service was average with a couple of great advisors. Initial appointment was incorrectly scheduled but then quickly fixed. Dropped the car at 7AM and told two hours to finish...They refused to give me a loaner car. They were done at noon. The car was more dirty than when I brought it in, no carwash. Picked up the car and as soon as drove onto 99...it started to shake which it never did. Of course they said they didnt do anything to cause that.

Kevin got me my parts and they were not only specially for my car, they work perfectly. I ordered wrong and Kevin was super nice to correct the order. These experiences makes going back for oil changes or parts enjoyable. They even have an area for complimentary soft drinks and coffee. We love our toyota cars and SUV.

After more than $$$$ charged to my insurance, my car still having a problem from the accident. But, instead of fixing the problem, they charged me $$$ service fee that included miscellaneous fee 39.99. When I asked what the miscellaneous fee? and they couldnt tell exactly what it was. I gave 1 stars for the lady at the cash register. However, the price and explaining regarding the service has given to the customer was awful. Over price and ripped off.

Went in for a tire replacement, one of my new 2020 4Runner TRD Pro tires caught a nail and had to be replaced. Theresa was my service advisor and explained everything very well along the way. She checked and told me it was covered under warranty and even suggested I get the upcoming scheduled maintenance while I was there, which I also did. The tire team was amazing, no scratches at all to my black wheels or black lug nuts during tire mounting on the wheel or during tire rotation. The valet placed a bag to protect my steering wheel, and a paper floor mat upon arrival. Thanks so much for taking such good care of my vehicle!! The cashier had a separate pen for each customer for COVID safety. Everyone was wearing masks. Highly recommend!!

Set an appointment for 12 noon, I arrived early and didnt have to wait for appointment time. Kelsey Lee, my service advisor, was great! I was in and out of there within the hour. I Love this dealership, both of my Toyotas were purchased there.

I have been taking my rav4 to Ft. Bend Toyota for over 4 years. I always liked their service. With the exception of one time, the service advisors were good and fair. Of course you have to be on guard against unnecessary repair or maintenance advise and Ft. Bend Toyota is no exception but it is less here than other places. I will definitely recommend this place.

Got passed back and forth between departments several times only to eventually be told about how buying the car and buying the battery arent the same thing since I had only bought the car and not the battery itself, even though the battery was installed by the dealer just before I bought the car, thus was not eligible to be covered under the batterys warranty since I had no receipt for it specifically.

I typed up a long google review from a link they supplied, and it was rejected. So here I am again. I had had great service when I brought my cars in for recalls or insurance work, so I thought I would do my brakes. I dont trust just anybody with brakes. Lance had me going. Offered to price match my deal from elsewhere, but the day I came in he didnt remember. He said he couldnt do that, but offered another deal and a gift card rebate of $50 through their May 2020 offer.I asked him for a drive out price, and he said 189.95 per axle. I asked if there were any other fees, and he said just tax. So I agreed to let them inspect the car and decide what to do. So many lies. Did extra work. Charged extra for a shop fee not on the quote. Rebate was not valid, per Toyota corporate. He argued with me every step of the way. Lied to my face, and tried to convince me I was being difficult. The written quote didnt even come to me until I pulled out my credit card. After it all, the resurfacingredients of one rotor still had deep grooves in it. He had me wait an hour AFTER the car was pulled out because he didnt do the paperwork. Told me a few minutes, so I packed up ready to go. Took another hour. After all this, he changed the battery in my remote complimentarily. LOL. What a joke. Stay FAR away from this place, or at least this guy. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!

Very good service. I was treated like I was a guest at a very nice hotel. I was escorted to the waiting area and shown the free coffee, sodas, and 4 big boxes of Shipleys Donuts. There was plenty of chairs and tables, and free Wi-Fi. I was treated so well that I didnt mind waiting 😀
