My car got stuck in park this weekend and I knew most auto shops wouldnt be open until Monday, but needed my car by Tuesday. I woke up early Monday to call a couple nearby shops to see if they could get my car in that day. The first place I called had a grouchy lady answer the phone and told me her shop couldnt help, the second place didnt even answer, then I called Jim & Glenns. The phone was answered in a pleasant manner and the guy (I think it was Glenn himself) was pleasant in manner and said he could take on the car that day. Hooray.Since I found a place, I then called for a tow truck to come get my car and bring it in. That experience was a frustrating one and left me cranky for having to deal with car issues. I had to call Jim & Glenns to tell them that my car would be dropped off later than I intended and they were calm and cool about it and was basically told not to worry about it.Once the car was dropped off at Jim & Glenns, I reiterated my dilemma about the cars issue and how I needed the car the next day or needed to know it wouldnt be done by 3. The guy at the front (Im sure it was Glenn again) heard my concerns and told me he thought it could be done within the day, but would call me to update me about the status of my car. I was called around 1:30pm and told what the problem was (a much smaller and cheaper problem than originally thought) and that it could be done by time I needed it. Not to mention they called and told me it was finished 30 min before the time they quoted me at.All in all, my stressful car repair ended up being far less stressful due to the help and communication from the guys over at Jim & Glenns. Thank you so much!

Jim & Glenn service is great and prices are reasonable for vast majority of their services. I trust them and thats a hard thing to gain by an auto mechanic. They service all my company vehicles as well.
