We have been with State Farm: Hayden Pryor since we moved into the area 5+ years ago. We have mostly dealt with Dory and she is always professional, quick to respond, knowledgeable and willing to check out various options to make sure we get the most value for our dollar. What a great office. I signed up with Hayden Pryor-State Farm about 8 months ago. My experience could not have been better. From the first interaction to my most recent, everyone you speak with is caring and helpful. I had been with Geico for a few years and my rates kept going up. I found this office on a Google search and called to get a quote. They took time to help me understand what I am buying and took time to explain what they can do for me. I had no idea that they have a Bank. Called in to get a quote for car insurance and ended up getting help with my home insurance and refinancing my car. Ashley was great to work with and I have better coverage now and pay less. My policy just renewed and, to my amazement, it went down already. I was shocked and called in to make sure that this was correct and Hayden was super helpful. I have had many insurance companies in my 30 years of driving and have not ever been treated this well. Great people!!!

Worst experience to cancel my policy. I would never trust State Farm. They have been awful in my transition. I will say I was offered a life insurance policy which would be the ONLY way they would be able to lower my policy if they could do multiple policy. They wanted to come into my house which would give them a reason to see my home and base their decision on my policy on how I live my life...no thank you State Farm. I went back to ALLSTATE. Never trusting STATE FARM again!!! They are nice as long as you are a customer. NEVER AGAIN!No your office was not my first office! However we spoke prior on my unhappiness of the cost of my policy. Given our discussion and your office being aware of my plans to change it would have been helpful for your office to have explain the best time to switch my policy. Again THANK YOU for you time but Im happy with ALLSTATE!

Literally the absolute worst experience you could possibly imagine. An agent at his office convinced me to switch my auto and home policies based on an auto rate that was cheaper than what I was currently getting. Obviously this sounded great, along with seven home policies that would all be discounted as well. Turns out they never even ran my auto it was a bait hook in the attempts to get policies for my homes, after receiving a letter from DMV stating that I did not have insurance and my license would be suspended I called in panic and receive nothing but deflection, And blame. The agent that signed me up no longer works for the company! Instead of fixing this three separate people at this office made promises that if I jump through their absurd hoops (including pulling phone records to match times that coincided with suspicious texts they admitted the agent sent) they would solve this issue and take ownership, after all of that they still did not. Personally I don’t believe they had any intent to make anything correct, I believe their intention was to wear me down to complete frustration so that I’d give up and go somewhere else. I had about a dozen conversations and spent countless hours receiving hey sitcom worthy customer service experience. All it would have taken was one person to do their job backdate my insurance so I could report that to the DMV have my re-instated license and be able to drive. Whatever you do do not under any circumstance get insurance through this agent in this office it would not surprise me if they weren’t around for very long, I understand why people are leaving

I can count on them ro be there.Called to ask about rental car coverage. Tracy explained it easily. Then questioned changing coverage after paying off car. She explained in the simplest term what I need. Especially living in the country.
