It’s going on 6 weeks since I put in my application for a Non Resident Life Insurance License and still nothing. I understand the pandemic but they need to understand it too because everyone is affected by it. Being rude shouldn’t be an option for no one these days. Still waiting...

I had a first time problem as a insurance agent and really needed some help . I was called back same day . They listened to my problem and gave me options . I am very impressed with the service especially with volume of people they must deal with .

State Farm is ripping people off not paying claims but paying off people to lie in court. State Farm has been found guilty of this practice and Virginia SCC says it is ok and they will do nothing. I have hard concrete evidence of this and nothing is being done.

I spoke a lady with the licensing department. I was trying to get my license transferred to Texas because I have moved. She was VERY rude and dismissive. When I said thank you she said welcome and hung up. As if I didnt have another question... which I did. Not surprised this organization is always quick to get off the phone and not be helpful.
