My windshield was hit by a flying rock and needed replacing. I received immediate assistance by being being asked if I already had a repair shop in mind, then, being given a recommendation of shops in my vicinity, and finally arranging and transferring my call to the shop that was chosen! WOW, what service. My new windshield was installed on the day I wanted with absolutely no problems. It was so easy. Special kudos goes out to Jackie Kope, the Office Manager who helped me out!

His office staff helps me just as much. ! it is like dealing with a family instead of a company!! In some ways State Farm may not be the cheapest, but what they make up in service is Priceless!! That is not found all that often anymore!

Some of the staff is rude and they were charging me for an accident that I was not involved in for over a year. When I asked them why my rate had gone up they would always say a rate increase. Would never go with them again.
