I emailed on a Friday morning to ask when they might be able to put on four new tires I had received as a birthday gift, do an oil change and an inspection on my car.Tracey from Wilders responded very quickly that they could do it that day so I took it in.Sure enough, they called me a couple of hours later to say it was done - no incidental extras added to increase the bill. The cost was exactly where I expected it to be.I couldnt get there to pick it up before they closed so my keys were put in a lock box and I was given the code.Tracey was just as friendly and efficient as she had been in her email.I would definitely recommend and go there again.

BUYER BEWARE - bought brand new tires one year ago, came back one year later to get inspected and failed due to front tires bald inside. Claim they gave me an alignment but clearly that wasnt the case. Also tires had a 2 year warranty that didnt apply due to the wear. Great people, terrible tires. Gave 2 stars because they gave me $100 of the tires. BEWARE!

I took my car in to find an oil leak they told me it was the oil pan gasket before I left the shop it was oil under the car I thought it was leftover oil from the repair got home parked in my concreate driveway oil leaking the same day I picked it up called back and the lady told me that it was a lucky chance it was the oil pan gasket still ended up paying 350 something dollars problem not fixed just beware you might not get your problem solved and they are much more pricey then the shops In the area my advice go somewhere else

I took my GTI in for an inspection at the end of April and it failed because of the brake rotors. Having never been here before, I was skeptical but upon pulling it into my garage and taking a closer look, I saw that they had made the right call. The rotors were pretty chewed up. I then found out that the service agreement I have for my car does NOT cover rotors and the $50 deductible would basically be paying for new pads (which I also needed). I chose to replace the front brakes myself but had to wait 2 weeks for parts. In the meantime, I brought my brother in laws scooter in for an inspection which was done as I waited. It passed so all is well. The brakes arrived and I replaced them over the weekend and took the car back in today for the re-inspection. This is where I am leaving a star off. I was under the impression that I had 30 days to bring the car back in. Upon picking the car up, I was told that it was actually 15 days. Today was exactly 21 days to the day so I missed that. The same code section says that a re-inspection at the same station is supposed to be brought in immediately or as soon as the inspection in front of it is done and the part or parts that failed are all that needs inspecting. The car was there for 5 hours. I missed the deadline and the car had to be an inspection, not a re-inspection. Thats on me, not on Wilders. My lone issue is that in those 5 hours, a phone call to me explaining that the deadline had passed and I would be paying again would have been great. Instead, I was told upon picking the car up and was caught off guard. Let me be clear: I WILL be back here. The lead guy, Dustin I believe, is incredibly nice. Its close to my home, they use NAPA parts so I can rely on that if I ever need a repair that I am unable to do myself or is not covered under my service contract, and theyve been honest with me. My interactions there have been fine. I just think that making it very clear that I was having the car re-inspected, I could have gotten a call in those 5 hours telling me that was not the case. I do recommend them and will be taking my cars and motorcycles to them in the future.EDIT: Yes, that Dustin guy is pretty cool. And that response is a big reason I will return despite the mix-up (which I absolutely own).

Great service, new, up to date equipment and reasonably priced. I wont go anywhere else for my alignments, every vehicle Ive had aligned has drove straight as an arrow and tires wear perfect. Cant beat the price of tires. Great shop to deal with.

This place used to be awesome. Clearly notice I said used to be.They have hired a new desk girl, she is horrible. She never bothered telling anyone I was there and needed work. So after waiting an hour I had to leave, I had to grab my own keys from behind the desk, wander through the garage and find Dustin to tell him I had to go, he asked why I was there at all.

Then refused to re-inspect my car, even though it was perfectly fine. They didn’t want to re-Inspect it because I took it some where else and brought it back to get re-inspected. Rude and absolutely horrible service.. don’t waste your time they just want your money

Took my car here because of a noise coming from my front left tire. This repair shop told me that my lug nuts were lose and that I needed tie rod ends which would cost $800+. I asked if tightening the lug nuts fixed the noise coming from my tire. The lady said the tie rod ends were damaged. I picked up my car without getting the tie rod ends replaced because I wanted to get a second opinion. The lug nuts were tightened and they charged me $96. I no longer had the noise from the tire. Took my car to another shop and they told me my tie rod ends were fine.

I took my car to this shop because it was losing a lot of antifreeze, they told me it was my radiator, gave me the price to fix it, and I agreed to have them put on the new radiator. I pick up the car and by the time I get home I can smell the antifreeze again and half of it was gone. I called them and they told me to bring the car back. I did not rush to take the car back but did not drive it, once I took it back they are now telling me it is the thermostat housing unit and want me to pay them an additional $375 to replace it. Apparently I must not have needed the radiator, so now I am expected to pay for another part. This was a very costly lesson I learned but I will never use this mechanic again. I went to pick up my Explorer this morning and they had the nerve to tell me I owed them another $44 when I asked for what, the response I got was for the pressure check. It is bad enough that you put a radiator on my vehicle that I did not need, that cost me over $500.00, then you tried to get another $375.00 to fix what was the actual cause of the car burning antifreeze to start, but to have the audacity to charge me again really. They replace a part on my car that didn’t need to be replaced. I even explained that I own a Mustang and a few years ago I was having the same problem with it burning a lot of antifreeze and the person who fixed my car told me that for some reason that make and model tends to make it appear as if the radiator or water pump needs to be replace but it is the thermostat housing unit. Their reply they are two different cars. Wrong answer, they maybe two different cars but they both have the same engine, and as a mechanic he should’ve know that. Very bad business and I will never use this place again.

I went here for an inspection due to most shops not being able to take any more cars until the following day . The older lady at the front desk lacks customer service and communication skills . She ignores your presence . This is a problem for any business, family owned or not . Her being at this desk makes her the face and first impression of this company . Long story short though, my car was rejected for a battery hold down . Ok, that was fine . They told me $61.02 would be the price for the inspection and battery hold down installation. I initially agreed, but then advised them I could get it done myself and bring it back . The older lady then rudely tells me “well it will be rejected” and you’ll have to bring it back ! Ok, again that’s fine, I replied . Lol . I went to advance auto .. got the part for $5.49 and they put it on for free ! Went back to the shop 12 mins later and she tells me they can’t reinspect my car because they were over capacity after she just told the lady in line right in front of me that they would pull her car in for reinspection after they were done with a car already inside . I ended up going to One stop repair on Midlothian . I was in and out . I was greeted immediately ! The mechanics were even speaking while passing through. It was great ! Oh, and my car passed ! Lol

Staff was really nice and the prices are very very manageable I had some lug nuts ring off and I stopped in and they took care of me i was in and out in 30 mins or less...

My mother and i went in to get her car re-inspected and an old lady at the desk was very rude and disrespectful because we didnt want to get the car fixed there, I just saw another review with someone explaining the same rudeness and poorly customer service about the same thing. So because someone doesnt want to get their car service there its a problem ? The lady at the front desk is a racist who have no respect but yet have no problem taking our money. My mom was also trying to ask the lady to explain but because we didnt want the car to be serviced there she just turned into a nasty disrespectful rude women and didnt care what my mom had to say. As a business women and older women she needs to have respect for herself and other people.
