We have used Jeremy for 2 different home inspections now. He is by far the best out there. He allows you walk thr the inspection with him and explains everything as you go. I hired Affordable Home Inspection for a condo property I am buying in Richmond VA. I was met by Jeremy Rowan around 9:30 in the morning and we started the inspection promptly right after. I was very pleased to see that Jeremy came well prepared not only with tools, his laptop, but also a digital camera. Jeremy was very well educated and answered any questions I had and also showed me things that I would have easily missed. He does a thorough job and does not miss any corner of a home during his inspection. Jeremy spent about 2 hours to complete the entire inspection of the property, not only inside of the condo, but also the garage of the building, and the foundation of the building. He offered to check the AC unit on the roof, but unfortunately we could not gain access to the roof. Jeremy Rowan performed an extremely thorough examination and displayed exstinsive knowledge of all facets of the home (electrical/hvac/plumbing etc). Thoroughly impressed with his attentivness, presentation and ridiculously reasonable pricing, highly recommended!!!

We had use this person as (Jeremy Rowan, Richmond, VA) our home inspector, he did a lousy job on the inspection, miss so many problems, took only one hour to finish 2700 sqf house. We discovered a lot problems after closing: Toilet leak, broken microwave, fire place can not lit up, dishwasher missing pieces and broken cooktop. He is not a responsible people. I will never use him again.
