Our situation was complicated…for us…because we were out of the area while our house was on the market since we had already moved, but they took it all in stride and went out of their way to ease our minds about the property being vacant and our not being in the area to keep an eye on it. They had someone doing regular property checks and we received an update after each visit. We always felt kept in the loop and we could always reach our representative if we needed to have any questions answered. The entire experience and process was handled seamlessly.
