This is my second time visiting All Seasons and I am happy with their customer service. As I enter the business and I am waiting for service, I also pay attention to how the other customers are being served. There is wonderful customer service and professional attitude. On both if my visits, they are transparent concerning the length of service time, time it will potentially take to order and receive the part, and if I may need the part quicker what to do. I am enjoy going there because I feel as if they care and appreciate my business. They are my go to place, even though there location is thirty plus minutes away. Service is worth the drive.

We bought our Cub Cadet at All Seasons here in Richmond Hill after looking at numerous dealerships and big box stores. The level of service and expertise was impressive. No high pressure sales pitch, just a friendly experience. We learned a lot more about Cub Cadets and what is required to keep them running smooth. Tracy was a huge help and we were very impressed with her knowledge. We liked the fact we could service our Cub Cadet there with their experienced technicians. Austin delivered our Cub Cadet to our home the very next day. He also is very knowledgeable and such a friendly person. Michael is the real deal. He stopped to confirm what an idiot I was with my chainsaw and replaced a tiny part in less than 10 mins. Everyone there was insanely helpful and willing to take time to explain chainsaw 101 to someone that has not grown up using one. Highly recommend!

Hands down a great place of business. After a frustrating experience and complete disappointment with another mower repair place in town, the guys in this place get what customer service is about. Did not even have to purchase a thing, was provided with a used part they had in the back at no cost and even if I dont end up being able to fix my problem at least I know that I can count on a place in town that is willing to treat people as people. Will definitely come back and they will be my go to for service/mower purchase in the future.

This is exactly why you buy local!!! Mike and Tyler were closing up shop and caught me outside with my mower as they were locking the gate. Mike asked if everything was alright and proceeded to look at why my mower wasn’t working. He found a broken spring, then they both unlocked the gate to go back in to get a spring. She got him what he needed and I was laughing inside. Good place. Busy place. I bought three riding lawnmowers from them and wore them out over time. Id go back.

Horrible ServiceAll Seasons Outdoor Power Equipment is the absolute worst business I have ever given my money too. BEWARE if you are not a lawn care company or landscaping company they don’t care about you.I asked them to look at my mower deck and after 3 weeks they called me and told me it was unrepairable. I asked for them to order a new one and they replied with you should just spend an extra 1800 and get a new mower!After getting them to order me a new deck, they took a $1000 deposit and they completely lost contact with me. I called weekly for updates because they said the deck would be in within 7-10 days and always received the voicemail. Left a message every time and they never returned my call.Finally I went back to the store and they told me the order had gone to back order to July 1. Then when I called on June 30-July 2 I still received no call back.Finally I called them and got the owner on the phone and he said nothing was their fault and that they don’t check the status on any orders or call people when their orders are delayed.This store in not Military or individual friendly they only care about the lawn care service they repair and maintain equipment for.Please take your money else where!

The people here are very knowledgeable! Couple that with the courtesy I was shown and I had a great experience. I had an issue with a riding lawnmower wheel. Took it up there and a lady fixed it in under 5 minutes and didnt charge me anything. Since then Ive had them fix my edger and I bought a new blower from them. I know it was probably something small with the wheel but doing it for no cost guaranteed my patronage even though I have to drive from Berwick to Richmond Hill.

They sell a great product - However the follow through for service after the sell is a challenge.If you bring a unit for repair to All Season’s it could very well be All Season before completed.A simple carburetor repair on my Trimmer will be Five weeks!! Dropped of Aug 23rd.After having to convince them that I purchased the unit new from them - they said it will likely be two weeks for the repair. Guess I get priority for purchasing at their shop???Now after two calls - voicemail with no follow up and one in person visit I’m still getting the same story. “I have to order parts” same as previous follow ups.No stock of a carburetor repair kit for the brand unit that you sale? Seriously!Anyway we will see if it’s ready next Tuesday per “my” last follow up with them.Disappointed to say the least! many thanks to my wonderful neighbors for letting me borrow their trimmer.**** Nice of you to reply. So you inspected the unit on Sept 12, called one time which I didn’t answer and left it at that. I stopped by the store after leaving a voice mail that you didn’t respond to. In person I approved the work and u advised me that you would have to order parts. Fast forward one week - no response from you so I called again. U guessed it - voicemail, left message no response. Call back next day and you acted as if we had not spoken in person and previously approved the work. Of course I got the story again of having to order parts.I wish I had read all the reviews regarding your lack of follow through and extensive delays in repair.Sounds like Richmond Hill could use another repair shop for us honest folks.

The folks at All Seasons Power were so friendly and helpful. Not only did they repair it, but they didnt charge me. I couldnt believe it. You dont find folks like that very often these days. If you need a repair -- or just advice, it is worth your time to go there. ...and by the way, they have an awesome assortment of equipment.

When my pressure washer suddenly quit, I feared for the worst and anticipated a failure of the electric motor. It turned out to be less tragic.The woman who took care of me was friendly and informative. She acknowledged my military service and applied a military discount to the invoice .The machine was made operable at a fair price and I, highly recommend All Seasons.

When I dropped my weed eater off, they told me it would take 2-3 weeks. I called in two weeks to check on it and they said they were looking at the 3 week mark. No problem. I called at the 3 week mark and they said they were looking at least a month now. I asked the individual on the phone if they could tell me how many people were in front of me and after counting for several minutes, they told me there were several...which told me the time would probably be extended again and again. Picked up my trimmer and took to another location and had it returns within a week.Nice people; however, they really need to hire an additional mechanic or learn how to properly manage accounts.

I have a 4 month old power washer brought it here because it’s supposed to be under warranty. They charged us 30.00 to look at it. I will be adding pictures to my review on yelp. They said and I quote the water pump was full of water scale build up. Well I needed this to work so I ordered a new pump. No scale build up at all the drive shaft was frozen to the piston. The bolts on the pump had never been off the pump. I installed a new pump and lubed everything up and it works fine! This place not only voided my warranty but cost me money for failing to do their JOB!

I went to All Seasons Outdoor equipment today to find out if my lawn mower was ready for pick up and I must admit that I had a chip on my shoulder when I got there. But the staff was kind enough to allow me to vent, they were very professional. My lawn mower was not ready for pick up but Tracy explained to me why and that they had inspected my lawn mower today and she was in the middle of looking up the parts when I walked in. Tracy went on to tell me when the parts would be in, when they could get my lawn mower back to me and how much it was gonna cost. I explained to them that I needed to cut my grass and that I was a week behind getting my yard ready. Tracy informed me that they would let me use one of their lawn mowers while they worked on my, and they even went out of their way to find a bag for the lawn mower. Help like this is hard to find today, I will be a customer for life. A two thumbs up for Tracy and the staff at All Seasons Outdoor Equipment!!

I have been doing business with All Seasons for years. With that said they will almost bend over backwards for their customers. The mechanics are the best in the business. I reccomend them way above all others.

Not quite sure what business the other reviewers went to, but I brought my mower to All Seasons and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had an amazing turn around time on my mower and it runs like a charm! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new piece of equipment or who needs theirs to be repaired!

Great customer service. Said repairs on my push-mower might take two weeks due to spring backlog. They called me 3 days later with repairs complete. They even help you unload and load your mower from/to your vehicle.

I am so angry with this place. Im in the military, and left work in time to arrive before they closed. I called them 38 minutes prior to closing, (They close at 5:30) and let them know I would be there right at closing just in case I was running behind schedule, even though my GPS said 5:20 arrival. The lady I spoke to said she would pull my mower to the front for pick up. I arrived 5 minutes prior to closing, and everything was locked up with no one around, or answering phone. A phone call would have been appreciated since they had all my information, pulled my mower to the front, and knew i was on my way. It was not on the way home, but in the opposite direction but 25 minutes. I sent them a message on Facebook and waited for at least 30 min in hopes maybe someone would respond. I had a conversation through Facebook the next day with who I assume to be the owner. The underlying tone is that Im a Liar and didnt show up prior to closing and that they were open until 5:30. I know this is not a big deal, but definitely shows their lack of integrity, which is important to me when Im dealing with a business and a timeline.

I would be inclined to agree with most of the post about this business, they are nice and cordial. And I do believe that they are very good craftsmen, but theyre prices for their work are astronomical! Were a military family newly assigned to Fort Stewart/Hunter. When our household goods were delivered, my brand new mower didnt start. I googled small engine repair shops nearby and this was the closet to our new residence. When I took it in I paid a $35.00 diagnostic fee, and they said theyd call me and let me know whats the issue in a few days. A week went by and they called and said they found the issue. I go into the store and they had a laundry list of items (keep in mind, I said this mower was brand new) wrong with it totaling $380.00. I couldnt believe it, so I denied services and took it to AAFES here at Stewart, although I purchased it at Bragg just before PCSing. They gave me the number to a guy locally to me (Joes Small Engine). He had it for about three hours and called and said it was ready for pick up. The total for everything including Joes initial $35.00 diagnostic fee, was $38.00. Yes!!! When I returned to Joes I only paid an additional $3.00. This guy Joe saved me nearly $350.00 just to blow out the carburator, an easy and simple fix. All I can say is shame on you All Seasons, for preying on the new soldiers!

They refused to honor warranty on engine damage from a failed welch plug on a carburetor. Said I did not bring it to them for service often enough. Guess they wont get any of my future business. Ill buy elsewhere.

Worst....service....ever. Do NOT go here...under any circumstance. The laundry list of complaints I have is too long to type. Unhelpful, revolving door of mechanics, unfamiliar with products, rude, slow,.......the list is never ending. If you give this place your business, particularly for service, youd be better served throwing your money in the toilet and splashing the bowl water in your own face. Just plain horrible.

Just rented walking lawn mower for 4hrs.@ half-price. The fuel tank was full and mower was clean when I picked it up. The staff even helped me load it in my vehicle. Military discounts offered as well. Rent their often!!

Worst of the worst. After 5 weeks of waiting I picked up my mower after receiving no service. After picking up mower I learned that they removed the bagger attachment and left it on their yard. If they dont have time to do the mower service how do they have time to remove a bagger from a commercial mower. After calling to inquire about bagger I was informed by some employee that it was not on their premises . After personally walking their yard I found it. Thanks for nothing.

They have a nice selection and do repairs well...but they are seemingly overwheled with work...which means i cannot complete my own jobs. If you need repairs returned in a reasonabke amount of time, thia is NOT the place to go. Over a week and they have not even looked at any of the equipment dropped off. Additionally, they dont stock parts, so when they finally do an initial review of the problem...the wait begins again. I understand being buay is good for business. Unfortunately, i cannot work without any of my tools. Had they been honest and direct when the tools were brought in, i would have had the option to do my own repairs or order the parts i knew would be necessary to fix them.

All I can say is amazing! Wow! Ive never been treated like an important customer before as much as I have from them!I purchased a brand new 360 Toro Timesaver mower from the very unqualified, and deciptful The Lawnmower Store (TLS) of Savanah.The unit was damaged, by a strange occurance of a bolt actually coming lose, and getting wedged between the deck and the blade.After bringing it back to the TLS, and enduring such incompetent actions on many levels, having both myself and Toro lied to; I was sent to All Seasons by Toro Corporate.They met me with a smile, with such professionalism, and have been communicating with both Toro, and myself like my lawnmower is a child whom is sick in the hospital ( they have been that proactive!)They answer their phone, they call me with updates, and know me by my first name.As for the unit, they went over the mower with a fine tooth comb, they documented facts, took pictures, and because of their highly In-tuned knowledge of the product, their very thorough detailed inspection, Toro apologized to me for the other train wreck of a company, will be rethinking their relationship with TLS, and will do what ever is needed to get my 3 week old unit back in prestine shape!This is only a very brief description, but All Seasons is a rare, highly virtuose, do the right thing company. They are amazing, and I will support them for ever!If anyone has a compliant about them, I cant see nor understand why, because please take my word on this; they will jump through hoops to make sure you are well taking care of.
