Phone number online was disconnected looked up Glass Doctor and the number provided just rang and rang. Anyone wanting to start up a new business?

Terrible customer service. I wont call back.

The parent company just uses automated email and phone systems. At no time did I actually get to talk to a human being. The local franchise never answered their phone and never responded to my service request. Theyre either never there or just dont care. Ill be finding someone else to fix my broken window because Glass Doctor doesnt seem to want my business.

They told me they do not service Richmond Hill. Had no suggestions of what number to call. Neither this number nor the one on the website work.
