What a great service! I had a huge pallet being delivered to my house and it needed to come off a semi trailer. I scheduled the tow truck for 8 AM. Joseph (driver) called and let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and accommodating about my request. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Eddie picked my car up on I16 Wednesday after I blew a tire during morning traffic and was amazing!! Then I needed a tow again Saturday night after blowing one of the tires replaced from Wednesday and James was exceptional! I highly recommend this company to help with all of your towing needs!

Best towing company ever! They were willing to help when no one else was available, walked me through the process of identifying my location on my cell phone (I did not know how to do it, and I could not exactly identify the location of where I was stuck), and did not charge me when another individual was able to pull me out with a tow strap while they were already on the way. Genuinely good people, professional, efficient, and great at what they do!

Great customer service! They were right on time for my scheduled tow and fixed my vehicle quickly (after finding out another place couldnt do what I needed). They put me at ease.

I honestly cannot believe this company is still in business. There was a recent incident in which my wife and child were almost struck by one of their tow trucks while stopped at a red light. The tow truck was attempting to beat the red light. My wife and 7 year old child were stopped at the light in front of the tow truck. The tow truck was quickly approaching from the rear, and my wife was forced to pull out into the intersection and get out of the way while the light was red. The tow truck almost struck my wifes vehicle and a tractor trailer making a left turn. At the next light the tow truck was right next to my wife. She noticed the driver and the passengers in the vehicle were laughing and looking at her, so she rolled down the window to ask the driver why he was driving like that and inform him she had a child in the car. While she was talking, the driver, an overweight, African American male with gold teeth, was laughing hysterically, honking the horn every time my wife would attempt to speak. He then sped off. I called the company, and the man I spoke too seemed genuinely concerned, most likely because Im a male, and he was intimidated. He said he would look into the incident. My wife later called to explain what happened, and he asked were there any witnesses? My wife told him that it was only her and her 7 year old son in the vehicle. He then replied, and you cant make this stuff up people...I dont think a 7 year old is going to be a very credible witness. He then said...How do I know you didnt have relations with the driver and are just mad cuz he broke up with you? He then hung up the phone, but, prior to hanging up, directed a racist expletive regarding my wife to somebody near him. This situation is far from over. They will be exposed.

Our car broke down on I-95 on a Friday afternoon. Davos mechanics came to tow us and they identified the issue. They towed us to their shop and fixed our car. The owner and his mechanics were very nice to stay overtime to put us back on the road before the evening. They made our bad day turn to a good one.

Called at 8AM on a THU. Gentlemen on the phone said 60 minutes. I was blown away. He hit his deadline and if you ever need a tow in the Richmond Hill area I strong;y suggest calling these folks!!! 5* from phone call to execution. Thank you Davo!!!!

Very unprofessional quoted one price and charged over double. Called to ask what happened asked to speak to manager and she hung up on me. Spoke to the owner and instead of making it right because his dispatcher quoted the wrong price he said “I reamed her out for that she should have charged more”. This place is a joke!

I was at work when a car jumped the curb and landed in a nearby ditch. Davo and his staff were extremely courteous, concerned, and professional during the entire incident. Our company uses Davo s company quite frequently and we are always very pleased and satisfied with their services. I refer and will continue to refer him to anyone in need of towing services.

I called for a tow from one mechanic shop to another on August 23rd, and let me tell you it was the worst experience ever. I called at 2:29pm and was told the drive would be there in 15 minutes. He was not so I called again at 3:03pm she told me 20 minutes. He still did not show. Then I received a text message at 3:38pm and was told the drive would be there very shortly. He was not, I then called at 3:48 and was told any minute. The driver didn’t show up to pick my car up until 4:29pm after he stopped at the gas station and took his time getting snacks right next to the mechanic shop I was at. I actually recorded it all. After picking my vehicle up at 4:29pm the driver then took 2 hours to deliver my vehicle to the mechanic shop which is only 25 minutes away from the original place of pickup. This 25 minutes also included traffic. Very unprofessional drivers and management. Update: I checked my account to see how much they charged me. I was told $125 and they charged me $135. This tow company is a complete ripoff and I’m filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I have used this company twice, and I would recommend them again to anyone. The last time I needed a tow, I had my 8-month-old baby who was being treated for pneumonia in the car with me. It was close to 100°F outside and my car was stranded on a dangerous stretch of I-95. I told the person who answered the phone about my son and asked if I could be picked up any faster. The driver showed up very quickly (less than 15 minutes. He beat Chatham police). The driver was very polite and professional and made getting my son somewhere safe the #1 priority. My car was very well taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone!

I am a woman stranded on the side of I95 and its getting dark out and Trey answers my call, he tells me he is 10 min away from me I am so relieved, he quotes me $85.00 we hang up and I tell the other tow company that was 30 min away that I am all set. Then Trey calls back and tells me his boss said it will be 125.00 I ask him why and he said he doesnt know he will try to talk his boss into honoring the original price. Then he calls back and says sorry price is $125.00. Seriously this is so dishonest and taking advantage of people in need. I am only going to be towed to the next exit....Davo Towing SHAME ON YOU BOO!!!! If you want to give your money to a slimy crook call Davo!

I used Davo Towing to have my car taken to the dealership in Savannah. The tow truck driver was polite and offered to take my car immediately to the dealership instead of leaving it in the towing yard overnight. This was great because it was already getting late, and I was not excited to have my car sitting in Richmond Hill when it needed to be serviced in Savannah.

Manager of this company was not honest with me. Told me several times that someone was on the way or that they were tied up with something else and would be right there. Which ended up with me waiting almost three hours for a tire change at night after I had already paid with my credit card. Very unsatisfied. The only good thing that I have to say about this company is that the young man that actually came to change my tire was very nice. And seemed to feel badly that I had been treated the way that I had been.

Our Cadillac SRX would not start at our Hampton Inn in Richmond Hill, Ga. AAA sent Devin from Davo Towing but the car needed more than a jump. Next morning he came back on his own and Davo stayed with us all day, getting the right part and installing it as fast as possible and checked it out. The price was so fair and the entire shop at Davos treated us like family. I cannot recommend Davo high enough. I even left my credit card at the shop and Davo chased me down and sent it to me. The best!!John

I called USAA yesterday and had them put in a towing request for my vehicle. Got the confirmation with a 90 minute ETA per text message and waited. After them being late for 45 minutes is gave them a call (the number was provided in my confirmation text message) to ask if they had an updated ETA for me. The guy who picked up didnt answer with a company name, sounded (to me in my opinion) drunk and was over all very rude. I ignored that and asked him if he had an ETA. He proceeded to ask me what vehicle and told me they dont have a request from USAA about this. I wouldve cancelled it anyway because I refuse to let someone that is impaired transport my 76k car.... i could easily drive it to the shop as it the only thing wrong is my water pump. But since I pay USAA for this and dont want to kill my 392 hemi over this i want it towed and not driven until resolution is archieved. So I called USAA and reported what was going on and requested and other company to transport my car. Very poor experience ! I totally understand its superbowl Sunday but how about just simply not accepting the bid from USAA ?!UPDATE: after posting this review about my personal experience the owner of this company has called me and was again very rude and yelling. He is convinced that I am mistaken this establishment. However i do have the conformation with his number provided from USAA. I have told him to no further contact me and hung up my phone. He went ahead and messaged my phone threatening me with a law suit and telling me I have called USAA on You. I called USAA again and let them know about this situation and wish for them to contact this establishment and resolve this issue since I do not feel that a long time USAA costumer should be harrassed and threatened by their service providers. Very very poor experience once again. Had he called and spoken in a professional manner instead of yelling at me and continuing to harass and threatening me, i may have considered this as a mistake but i will not be intimidated into removing my review about my contact and opinions.

We have used Davo Towing Service in the past and were not impressed at all! The young man that was sent out was very unprofessional and a pervert! He made me feel very uncomfortable traveling alone with him! He mentioned several times all of the drunk women he had picked up and had sex with in the back seat, offered to provide sexual favors, and proceeded to talk about the size of his manhood the entire trip! I have never been more embarrassed, and the employees of Coastal Chevrolet were not impressed with him either!Ill use Sammis Service Center from now on! They are much more professional and friendly!

Gouged us on a tow after a wreck. Lost more than a car that day and then they make it worse.

Have been towed bybthem twice, botb poor experiences. This takes the cake though, sitting in traffic with no one blocking the flow of traffic. A driver turns on his lights, gets around us, only to see him stopped at a waffle house.

If I could give the owner, Davo a negative star, I WOULD. he is terrible! Have had car damage 2x with him and when he got the tow call again, he tried to take Savannah tires business away. But saying they can Fichte car. I trust ST, theyve treated me with the utmost respect. So, Davo got pissed off and refused to tow the car. REALLY DAVO?

USAA continues to use Davo and we are tired of it! My entire family has had bad experiences with DAVO, from damage our vehicles to having our keys thrown at us and being denied a tow simply because we trusted a different company with our cars instead of one they were recommending. Sexual advances, rude sexist comments and behaviors. I had a flat yesterday and was towed .8 miles away to Savannah Tire, a completely uncomfortable experience. When our tow driver called me he was very rude and had no idea where my simple location was. Then when my 3 year old and I got in the truck to ride to ST, he was asking me about how I would divorce my husband/if I would hire a lawyer/ how he was in a bad mood because of personal issues... what the ? Mind you I am a young mother in obviously no position at that moment to be able to speak up and explain his behavior and content was completely out of line.

My truck broke down on I95 yesterday called my insurance they sent davo towing the driver deven was very polite got to me fast also recommend there shop to do my alternator which was very nice the customer service you receive from Dave towing and there employees is unbelievable I would recommend them to anyone

He told us that if he towed it to his shop he would not charge of for towing. At the end he decided to charge us for towing and for the repair that never repaired the vehicle without authorization. At the end he held the vehicle until we paid his repair and towing without ever prior authorization and the vehicle still needed to be towed to another repair shop. OWNER BEWARE!
