Very happy with Alan and his son Chris. First time with them was for a dishwasher. The next couple times was for AC repair and replacement. Chris sent multiple pictures throughout the day. Was super informative. I left them access to my house while I wasn’t there and they completely respected my home. They earned their spot in my mind to be called first for any related repair work

We had issues with a very old freezer. He got it up and running likes it’s brand new. It doesn’t matter when we call him, he always calls us back and provides us with sound advice.

Mr. Games was provided to me as a second contractor for repairs needed on my refrigerator through my Old Republic home warranty. After extensive aggravation and time wasted with the first contractor, Mr Games was able to trouble shoot my issue over the phone and didnt even have to make a visit to my home preventing me from missing any more time from work. Mr. Games was friendly, knowledgeable, and very prompt in reaching out to me for the initial service request and to follow up with me to see if his suggestion worked. My understanding of the warranty is that he will not even receive compensation for the calls to me but just wanted me to put in a good word for him. Its hard to find people that value a good reputation in todays world. Highly recommend for your appliance and HVAC repairs.

I highly recommend Mr. Games. I have referred many people to him who have been equally as pleased with his services. I found this review while looking up his contact number. Routinely people misdial and leave a message on my voicemail for Mr. Games. Im guessing our numbers are similar. I do try to call all back (to share that they misdialed and explain why they may have not heard back), but sadly I dont have time for each one. Be sure you are calling the correct number.
