Theres nice apartments but the only unfair thing I see is that those apartments are for Senior people that life with social security and they are so expensive for them and every year the rents go up, some of the Senior cant afford the cost due to they just receive Social security. I think that corporate should analize the way they due they calculate the income to be fair with our Seniors people. Other than that I would gave 5 start.

Good morning 🌞 sorry for late review I lived at Ways Station for one year from Nov. 2019 until Nov 2020 had a wonderful experience. I only moved out to live with family . Georgia, the manger, was helpful in every way, the building is clean and cared for and so were the tenants . Thanks for a great place to live and God BLESSINGS 🙏🏾 Debbie

Beautiful new apartments but no patio, you have only one door that goes to the hallway to exit the apt.

55 + residential living...very nice luxury living at affordable monthly rent
