Always Professional, Always on time. It’s so hard to find these qualities in a company these days. Matt came out to do the maintenance on our AC system today and I was more then Pleased with him. He was knowledgeable and explained to me in detail what he was going to do with the system. Mat went above and beyond and I would recommend him and this company to anybody who might be thinking about a hiring them for one of the many things they do.

I required a replacement of my bryant 2 ton heat pump unit and air handler. The R22 refrigerant is no longer used. So I chose a 15 seer rheem 2 ton heat pump unit since replacement parts are readily available in my area. The Technicians arrived promptly at 8am and completed installation about 2pm. OJ and his assistant were very professional and courteous. I’m satisfied with the end result. It was completed just in time for the Summer!

The service provided was water pipe repair. It is an understatement to say that my experience with Canadys was exceptional. They knew what they were doing and found the leak promptly. As I also have a slab leak, they found that as well. They do not perform that type of repair, but they scheduled it for me. They performed the water pipe repair in a timely manner. I am, again, so happy that I called Canadys for help. You will be satisfied as well.

Called for routine maintenance and 2/3 three of our units needed to be replaced. Original to our home - 1996. Same day service for a design specialist to come walk me through the options. No pressure; only information and solid advice. Scheduled installation for next available time. All communication was excellent - texts, email reminders, calls. Installers were on time, friendly, explained each step of the process, clean, and when complete walked me through safety features and using the new system. I highly recommend this company! Customer service is impeccable from the office staff to the installation and follow up.

These guys were great professional. They took out all of my old duct work and replaced it newer and more efficient ducts. I was informed before begun what was going to be done, how long it would take and how much it would cost. They also put a new AC system in which included moving the air handler to a new location. All this was done in 2 days. The technicians were respectful, on time each morning and did a terrific job. Canady’s is an excellent company to work with. Devin Todd was sent out to build a ‘doghouse’ over our exposed duct work. He arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He completed the job in the time frame he quoted and cleaned the area back up when he was finished. The ‘doghouse’ looks great! Kyle did a great job servicing my Heat Pumps with all the maintenance and checking to make sure everything was in order. Made recommendations for us to consider with surge protectors on our 1 year unit.. On our old heat pump did find several problems and options to correct. He was very professional, friendly, organized and efficient.

Canadys installed my air conditioner on a day that, at the last minute, became very busy for me. Because of that, I did not oversee the installation and ask all the right questions. On the other hand, the young man who did the installation, while polite, was not experienced in the job, and did not have anyone to oversee his work. No one explained to me that the new airconditioner was several inches wider than the old one, so he had to cut drywall and boards to increase the opening by several inches. In the end, the grate to cover the unit did not fit (of course), so he ordered a new one, and came back to install it in a week. That grate was nowhere close to fitting. It went on order, and after several more weeks, the correctly sized new grate was installed quickly and professionally by Kody and Kevin. They also answered my questions about maintenance. In the end, I am pleased with the result, but it was an involved process.

Canadys Plumbing replaced all the fixtures in my tub/shower. The old ones were original with the house (1960s).I was reminded by text about the upcoming appointment. And then estimated arrival of technicians with updates. This was followed up by phone call.The technicians were friendly and professional. Service was excellent. They showed me how use the new fixtures.They even talked to my bulldog (in her crate).I have always had excellent service from Canadys. Air conditioning and plumbing.

Our under the counter ice maker broke and was leaking water. I called Canadys on the Friday before the July 4th holiday hoping that they could come out at the last minute. To make matters worse, we had a house full of out of town guests and we had to turn off the water to the whole house. I spoke with Sabrina and she moved heaven and earth for us to get an appointment the same day! I was so impressed by her can do attitude. We were shopping for total hvac replacement. Several of our neighbors recommended Canadys’s. When we met with their sales rep I said I wanted a quote on a “Total replacement of our system, new air condenser, new air handler and all new duct work”. The rep gave a quote of 9400 and we decided to go with them.The Installers were professional and the install took around 8hrs. That evening I inspected the attic and found the air handler and main ducts were new, but they used all the old duct work going to each vent. They spliced new ducts line on to 20 year old duct line going to vents in several locations in stead of replacing the line all the way to the vents.The 20 years of dirt and dust buildup in the old duct work was now blowing out. Chunks of insulation visible inside the ceiling vents. I have a 2 year old and a 5 month old in the house.My wife reached out to the sales rep to say that we were not happy that they used the old duct work when we specifically said we wanted the duct work replaced. His response was that using the existing duct is what the original quote was for and if we wanted it replaced we could pay them to replace it..We paid for the installation in full at the time the installer finished. I wish we waited to pay until after I had time to inspect the system because we did not get what we wanted.

The company was very professional -getting the quote, (Taylor was great),scheduling the installation and the actual install!Donovan was right on time this morning and he and his helper did a wonderful job, he was able to answer all of our questions and was very polite and professional!

I had a small fire in the kitchen, and the insurance paid for the garbage disposal and its installation. I called Canady’s because the purpose wasn’t saving money, it was to get the job done correctly. The technicians, if they can be called that, got every detail wrong. The hose from the dishwasher was chopped, literally, and glued to the pipe, instead of connected to the disposal, like it’s supposed to be; the pipe in the bottom was replaced with an elongated kind, that caused the dirty water going down the drain to settle there, causing fruit flies like insects in the kitchen.I called Friday, and the lady answering the phone was as always courteous and pleasant, and she scheduled someone to come to the house right the very next Monday. The technicians took a look, and determined that the job was done incorrectly the first time; then they proceeded to give me an estimate of$120 to fix what was done wrong!!I was appalled, and actually expected an apology for wasting my time the first time. I overpaid big time for them to provide me with quality service, which they didn’t, and on top of that they tried to take advantage of me.My house was built in 1927, so there’s always little details to be corrected in the plumbing system; needless and to say, I will not be calling this company.

First and foremost I have to say this, Laz is the MAN!!! I have a complicated computer controlled variable speed system with several accessories. I am one of those unfortunate souls who gets congested from anything that can become airborne. Canadys did this install seven years ago for us. It has been a great system. When this incident popped up, well they were there the next day. Laz discovered the issue, got the part on order (its a computer card and not an easy/readily available thing) and came back the very second they got the part in and worked tirelessly getting my system back up. My system can throw more error codes than you can point a finger at people in a large concert. So just installing the card wasn’t the quick fix. It was getting all the systems to talk to each component (indoor/outdoor/thermostat). Laz bent over backwards like a contortionist to get this system going. Like I said, this system has more computer “stuff” than you can imagine so it was no easy task. But as always the Canadys team is the most competent and professional AC/Heating company out there. I have been using them for years and this is my second install from them. I was stationed here at Ft. Stewart before and they did an install then as well, so I can say “honestly” that over the years of assignments and locations I am extremely grateful to have this company where I decided to retire. The tech was top notch, on time and courteous. Can’t say much about my less than 4 year old “ Nothing can stop a Trane” second time it has gone totally out on me. First time cost about 2800 dollars. A part failed this time in the new install so, is covered. Also a capacitor is on its last leg and will cost about 160. Sooo.....Absolutely loving my new Trane. Canadys has been great though no complaints. Update: 17 July waited almost 2 weeks for a part that took a different tech 10 minutes to figure out was not the problem. 2 hours later still no a/c. Tech did all he could for the night. Now another wait…..
