Excellent customer service and a huge variety of materials. Im hunting for something to match 9yo tile. Multiple staff members escorted me around or assisted me and gave me a ton of information. Helped me find matching options and now Im set to tear out some carpet.

Custom service is not that great. They give you a time frame and then say well the distribution workers cant just drop what they are doing to grab your materials. I understand that but maybe give a more realistic time frame...and actually call customers back. I get Im not a huge contractor but we do a lot of work and referrals with our clients. Just be cautious if you have a time frame.

I’m moving and needed a big rug. I went here and the guy who helped me was really friendly. Very chill and cool. And knows how to take a joke. Also got a good deal on my rug. 👍

Got 8 boxes of tiles from cost less. The contractor opened almost 5-6 boxes and almost all tiles are curved. Called costless and their remark was bring all of it back will check and make sure though the contractor talked to them on phone. The only problem is that 5 boxes are already cut into halves. to fit the area and work was already underway to make amends now but at least they can refund but customer service was so lousy just left a bad taste in the mouth. Plz get thinks checked before you get any thing from this place. I am never going back for sure.

Tile, carpet, vinyl sheets, vinyl planks, etc. So many choices on hand and even more available for order. Knowledgeable staff. Fair prices.

I purchased backslash tiles from them. They require upfront payment. The project took over a year. When I finally went in to get my tiles. They refused to give them to me. Said it had been to long.

I was introduced to Christ the sales rep in Costless Carpet by my flooring contractor JJ’s flooring. Chris was so knowledgeable about materials, pros and cons. He educated me. They gave me few samples to take home to actually see what is it look like in in my house with my lights and stuff and thats was very helpful to decide that to do for whole house carpet and flooring. Because it’s a big decision you really want to chose a right material and person to install them for you. You can change walls or other colors of ur house much easier and cheaper. But flooring was the hardest part for me to decide. My flooring contractor JJ&Chris worked as a team to get the best results for my house. I LOVE LOVE the results and it’s so worth to go and visit to navigate what u really want to invest $$$ on ur house. I picked LVP alpine cedars by their recommendations cos I have 2dogs and little child and we are totally in love!!!! I am so proud of these guys work.

I had a great experience! I had used another Cost Less in Oregon and wasn’t nearly as pleased as I was in the Richland store. My rep was helpful and knowledgeable. She kept me apprised if the status of my orders. She also was helpful in getting me additional information when I needed it! I highly recommend them!

Looking at carpet tile. I understand things are hard because of COVID-19 but at least make your carpet room accessible and when you ask for assistance ideally someone helps and if you cant come tell us someone else will help.The carpet tile samples are behind this mess.

We have bought carpet and granite from them. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them for anyone working on their house. They can also put you in touch with installers.

So, here has been our experience so far. We want to love these guys, a local biz and all. Needed minimum $10k in materials. We were working with Jackie in Kennewick. Aside from what happened below, we were seriously considering a $7k piece of marble we fell in love with to take with us to Vegas after we sell.First trip there, Jackie was great. Got a quote for a nice slab of stone for $1200.2nd trip bought a bunch of flooring. Then some backsplash tile and wall tile a short bit later after browsing some more... wed already been there 90 minutes at that point. She rung us up for $1500 for this order, and they went to get our materials and move them to our vehicle.OOPS, SORRY! BOTH those items are out of stock. Jackie blamed the Inventory Manager, which seemed about right. More frustrating, that was actually the 3rd and 4th item that day that was out of stock after we decided we wanted it. This time though, we were told they had the items (per their computer), and then Oops, sorry!Exhausted, we went home and came back the following weekend. Were going to order the same piece of slab (still there), and now are being told it was $1500 and up. A bunch of the slabs had some markings crossed out and other stuff written.I explained to Jackie we are 100,000% sure without an ounce of doubt that she advised us those slabs were $1200. Hoped she would honor what we were told. It felt a bit more of a defensive and argumentative response saying she had no idea how or why anyone would have told us this.Further, could this place POSSIBLY Enter the 21st sentury and the age of computers?? How asinine is it that someone has to walk out, have you show the granite slab, walk back in, and then manually enter the info to get a price?? Has no one in this store heard of a handheld scanner for instant pricing AT the slab of granite?? Sheesh.We left, wont be back. I get we are not a contractor and not their biggest customer, but no one likes feeling like they are being told theyre a liar. Just APOLOGIZE, you know? Oh dangit, so sorry, I must have made a mistake if I told you that! Oh well, onward and upward.

Walked in a few days before Thanksgiving and I guess everybody had already checked out for the holiday. I stood there looking at different laminate flooring pieces for a good 10-15 minutes and not one person offered any type of help. I looked over towards the two women sitting by the door and they were both more interested in their cell phones rather than looking around the showroom. I left after another customer walked in to a different desk and was helped within a few mins of being in there. Maybe my clothes blended into the wall with the laminate hanging on it and they couldnt see me... lol

Elizabeth has done far above a five star rating for me. She helped me keep within my budget for doing this 5200 square foot home. She knew what I was looking for and helped me with all choices available to me. I couldnt have asked for a better sales rep or nicer person. She is great. I couldnt have done it without her. Update on this review:Cost Less Carpet in Kennewick called me because of my original 2 star review and told me my carpet was still under warranty so they came and looked at my issues. It was determined that it was showing excessive wear after only one year and the stain should not have happened. They are replacing the carpet! So I am upping my rating to 5 stars. The staff is going above and beyond to make this a smooth transition.Original post....We recarpeted our house last year, replacing 20 year old carpet. The staff at CostLess carpet was helpful and attentive....the only reason it is receiving 2stars. The carpet however, is horrible. After one year it looks worse than the 20year old carpet we replaced. It wasn’t cheap carpet either. Considered their higher range. We had to have it restretched because it is buckling so bad, and it is doing it again a month later. It absolutely has no stain resistance. I spilled coffee on it and it immediately soaked in. I poured water on it, soaked it up and scrubbed with carpet cleaner right away. The stain is still there, that won’t come out after repeated treatments. There are already bad wear patterns where we walk and in front of the couch and chairs.

They have a large inventory. Showroom a little chaotic due to its flow setup. Will Call area could be better organized as well.

Cost less carpet has a great selection and a wonderful staff.
