I had a great experience with Budget Blinds! They came to my home with lots of samples of different kinds of blinds in the category I was interested in. I told them woven wood blinds and the options were endless! Susan helped me pick out some beautiful blinds that look perfect in my home! They came over the day the blinds were mailed in and installed them. They had great communication throughout the delivery process. They were professional, wore their masks and were respectful of my home and my family. I love my blinds so much! Susan suggested getting the liner on the back and Im relieved we did! There were 2 blinds that I said no liner to, and they were installed and I realized I liked the liner so much, theyre setting me up with liners for those too thanks for the beautiful blinds Susan and Todd!

Budget Blinds was great when we ordered window treatments for our new home. Everything was exactly as I ordered, and installed in one day. The in-home technician was friendly and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them! This was the best experience Ive ever had purchasing window treatments and blinds!

The people who work here are not polite, they just want to make a sale which is understandable but the customer service is very poor, it isnt required to be nice but still, it was not an enjoyable experience with these people. Two stars because the building was actually really clean and well designed...

When they first arrived at my house to measure for the blinds it was in December. We had only been in our new home a couple of weeks. They set a date for January, then called back to say they had not ordered the blinds correctly and would have to re-schedule the date. A couple of days before the date to install the blinds they called again to re-schedule because the company had sent the wrong hardware. They installed the blinds and the one above the bed was not the correct size. They also had to re-do the kitchen valance. So again we have a re-schedule an installation date. Then they called again and tried to schedule for March and my husband said, no, we need this now. They re-scheduled and then called back and changed the time twice. We now have the blinds installed and the one above the bed doesnt fit correctly. I had to move the bottom up in order to have the blind close correctly. So we get to look at the hazard sticker now. I do NOT recommend this company.
