Buying our piano at Tri-City music was a surprisingly pleasant experience. This store had an impressive selection of new and previously owned pianos. Our sales person, Lisa, encouraged us to try out each of the pianos to find the one that best suited our needs. We feel that we ultimately purchased a piano that provided a perfect balance between price and performance. Without reservation we recommend this music store.

This store is great for not only purchasing a new piano and keyboard, but they will also rent and deliver a baby grand piano for a special party! They made our Mother’s 70th birthday party a dream come true.A few weeks later after your piano settles they come and tune it for you till it sounds beautiful.Thanks again TriCity Music!

Excellent staff and ownership. Unlike other piano stores in the area, Tri-City Music cares about promoting music and local musicians. They host lunch hour concerts on Facebook, and paid me to perform one recently. It was an all-around great experience. Havent bought from them, but if you want to support music locally, buy from them instead of that other piano store on Jadwin in Richland.

The selection is top notch and offers products in whatever price range you have. Allan also is a big supporter of arts in the Tri-City Community, which is important in a local music store. We bought a Yamaha N1 and we could not be more happy with our purchase. Tri-City Music is the only place in town to purchase a piano.
