I have rented things from Red Door for over 5 years. I have rented snowcone machines, cotton candy machines, tables, chairs, etc. They always provide quality equipment and are great to work with.

Went in to rent for my wedding. Acted like they had everything I needed, took payment, etc. A few days later they called and said they actually only had about 1/3 of the things I had requested and suggested I rent half from them and half from someone else. I told them no, Id like to rent from only one location. I ended up getting a refund from them and going somewhere else. I ended up getting the same rentals and more for only 40% of the cost of Red Door at the second place I went to.

Ive always had a good experience with the Richland Red Door. I live an hour away and they are always so kind and accommodating. Ive rented everything from a sno cone machine for a family reunion to tables and chairs for our sons wedding to chafing dishes and more for when I cater. I feel their prices are reasonable and it beats buying my own gear and finding storage for it.

All my questions were answered and a quote was given on the spot. The lady I spoke to gave me lots of ideas and options. Super friendly place!
