My in-laws have lived in Richland for years but have never taken a dinner cruise here. We were not disappointed. Starting with the drinks - the available options were good and the mixed drinks were wonderful. Wine list was good. Dinner was good all the way from the salad to the dessert. We all had steak, which were cooked to medium and were all tender. The staff was great, all very friendly and helpful and seemed to work well together as a team.The views and the ride were wonderful and smooth. We were a bit surprised to be going down river first, but we saw some beautiful views of the bridges in the sunset upon turning back up river.Highly recommend.

We booked the champagne brunch cruise the night before on a whim and it was so worth it! The experience was fun, the food was delicious and the staff was 100% amazing, so friendly and upbeat!The boat was clean. The views were great.The price reflects the value perfectly. It was worth every penny!Also, we got captain hats for all of us, hahaha!

Crew goes out of there way to make sure everyone is getting what they want and are having a great time. Plus the pricing on the drinks was VERY reasonable! Brunch was tasty and everyone was please with their meals.

Water2Wine is a breathtaking experience, ranging from brunch to dinner, every experience is different depending on the time of day you go. My spouse and I chose brunch and can I just say I was left impressed. As soon as you walk in, they offer a selection of drinks, then sat you down and start with a fresh fruit. The lunch buffet was absolutely amazing and the view was just amazing. Costumer service was excellent. One in a life time experience.

We celebrated our 21st anniversary on the dinner Cruise and we had wonderful time! Their preorder system for dinner and extras made it easy for my husband to coordinate a special date night for us. We had chocolate dipped strawberries and champagne upon being seated at our table. And then we enjoyed a delicious fresh salad for our first course. While we waited for our main course we sat outside on the deck and enjoyed the river. For dinner, I had the salmon and my husband had the steak and it was amazing! Both meals cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes with the carrots was also very tasty! The meal was relaxed and timed perfectly to the Cruise length. We enjoyed a cheescake dessert on the deck at sunset. It was a perfect evening! The staff was very kind and accomodating and we will definitely be taking another cruise in the future. Thank you for making our night so special!

My husband and I set sail on the Dinner Cruise this was our first time. We were served drinks at the same time we sailed off the harbor. About 30 mins later served our appetizer salads...very delicious! Another while later we were served our dinner. My husband had the steak and I had the Salmon we both really enjoyed was very delicious! After we ate we roamed around the boat and talk to some people and got to meet the captain! Very charming. As we made our way back to our tables our desserts were there to greet us. Very cute and delicious as well. After watching the sunset and many more conversations with both staff and people around us it was time to leave. We are excited to do this again!!! Thankyou to all the staff and captain for a romantic experience!

Took one of these cruises this past weekend- it was great!!! Food quality was better than expected, and drinks (although they cost extra) were wonderful as well! Highly recommend for something different to do in tri-cities.

We just got off the lunch cruise. It was top-notch, first class from start to finish. The staff was courteous, helpful, attentive and took care of everyone’s requests promptly and efficiently.The food was very good. Best bacon I’ve eaten. There were 11 in our group and they took good care of us, we now want to book the dinner cruise. The staff was very helpful to me. I walk with a walker and Danny helped me immensely and all of the staff were very helpful. We are looking forward to our next cruise! Thanks.Dianne Kidd

Our tables were given away BIPOC be aware! My girlfriend and I were discriminated against by staff. I purchased a lunch cruise we arrived at boarding. My name was on the manifest for two and we were assigned to the upper deck table 24. Side note ( purchased a message in a bottle with a sentimental message to give to my girlfriend )So, we enter the boat there was a staff person at the bottom of stairs we were again asked our table we said table 24 and proceeded upstairs. The waiter assigned to the upper deck asked a third time our table number again we responded number 24, the waiter looked around and pointed to our assigned table where three women sat. One woman acknowledged oh I thought they said table 20. All the women seated at mine and my girlfriend table stayed seated and we were placed at their table. Table 20 was NOT a table for two people. Table 20 was directly in front of the stairs and most importantly table 20 was NOT our assigned table.Remember the side note above, so the well intended gesture was ruined because the three women that helped themselves to our table pushed aside the message in the bottle plus heres the kicker my name was written on the bottle which leads me to the discrimination. The staff never once approached the women to inform them of their oversight, instead we were placed in an uncomfortable situation filled with microaggression. The staff made an excuse twice for the women they must sat at the wrong table. Okay, and what did you do to correct it? Nothing. Needless to say we departed and asked for a refund. Why sit at a table that clearly wasnt meant for you, be disregarded and overlooked? Keep your cruise, and refund our money.

The most amazing event ever . Our family enjoyed the Fathers Day cruise. The food was fantastic. The staff were energetic and very attentative to our needs. Highly recommendThank you so much for a perfect afternoon.

We had a blast on our Water2Wine Cruise! We befriended the Captain and got to see all the cool equipment. He even let me wear his hat! The food was delicious, the drinks were pleasantly strong, and the comedy event we were there for was hilarious. I highly recommend!

A really fun experience! We went for our team event for Sunrise Dental and had so much fun. We thought it was priced perfectly and the staff all had a great time. It’s nice that Tri-Cities has a fun activity like this to offer.

The cruise was beautiful, relaxing and scenic. Dinner was delicious and well timed. The drinks were on point. The crew of the Chrysalis was attentive, fun, and friendly. Fantastic adventure. Thank you so much.

The Water2Wine Cruise on the beautiful Columbia River was so awesome! All of the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and so laid back! The food and drinks were fabulous! The salmon was th most tender I have ever eaten. The river was breathtaking, especially at sunset. It was a memorable occasion one that I plan to repeat. It was elegant but not stuffy. Guests mingled and laughed together. I even got to drive the boat.

Celebrated our anniversary last with our maiden trip on this cruise last night. It far exceeded our expectations!! The cruise was beautiful - the perfect amount of time down to the blue bridge and back. Food was outstanding, the service was fantastic without being overbearing, the yacht was beautiful. Drinks were delicious and well made. Visited with the captain who was a delight. It was a treat to do something different than the typical restaurant visit. Totally worth doing, especially for visitors. Highly, highly recommend!!

Good food and service. Beautiful sunset. Half price wine was a great deal and very nice choices. Downstairs decor is very lacking. Besides the view there was no ambiance! Upstairs was lovely. Downstairs felt like the service area.

Absolutely Love cruising with them. Food is excellent, service is excellent always friendly. Will definitely be doing more cruises.

Amazing thats all I can really say .... the people and food were great we had my inlaws and our anniversary dinner together here and lets just say I have never been to a place were the service was more attentive to detail... thank you everyone at Water2Wine ...

If I could give lower than one star I would. Me and my family went for New Years Eve Party the food was terrible it was just some appetizers That were terrible . We had to get Up to get the food and the line was long when we finally reached the food we were so disappointed the only good thing was some shrimps they started closing the kitchen and picking up left over food that my husband had to ask for because the kitchen assistant was just pulling all the plates inside and closing the window. The Music was terrible there was no activities or any sort of entertainment. The bottle of wines were so overpriced $40 for a bottle you can get in Walmart for $10. We paid $75 per person we expected more out of this experience. Never again! Worst New Years I have had. Do not waste your money on this!

Mediocre food on a cruise that you can see most of by car.

I have not been on a water 2wine cruse but with a business that does not have services for ADA I guess I wont be a customer. How this business even got a license to operate is beyond me.
