The work I hired Hunny Do for was completed, but it was not correctly done and they had to come back out to my house multiple times.I had them complete an estimate, however, I was told that the project manager needed to come out at a later date. No big deal, we scheduled for a day at 11am. I worked in Connell at the time, so it takes me about 35 minutes to get home. I put in two hours of time off, but got a call that morning saying their project manager couldnt come out and we had to reschedule for a different day. I was annoyed, but things happen, so we scheduled for a different day.The next day we schedule for the project manager to be at my house at 9am. I decided to take a half day at work because there was no point in going in then turning around. The day of, I got a call at 8am saying that again, the project manager couldnt make it and asked if we could reschedule yet again. I said I took time off to be here, is there really no way someone could come out. After a few minutes of talking to someone else, they told me theyll send someone out at some point later today. We dont know when, but hell call you when hes on his way. I took the rest of the day off, because I didnt know when theyd be in. Awesome.I hired the crew to come replace stair treads, repair a fence panel that had fallen over, replace the tank for the toilet, and replace two windowsills. Later on, I asked if we could add installing trim in a specific area.Three stair treads were damaged. At the estimate, I asked if we should just replace all of them, so that they match. I was told, No, were really good at matching the color. We can just replace the three. Maybe it was my fault for not pushing to have them all replaced, but I was moving and saving money was a great idea. As you can see by the attached pictures, they looked completely different. I asked them to come out again to replace the others.I also confirmed different times about the trim. I was a little paranoid because it wasnt a part of the original estimate. Two different people confirmed that the trim would be completed. The trim was not completed the day of the job. I called asking about it and was told, We have two different people in the office at the moment, and neither of us knew about the trim. Wow. Okay. I had to bring them out again to fix that.The estimator looked at the fence panel and assured me that they could do it. After the work was completed, I was informed that they couldnt fix it, and gave me references to other companies that could. I was on a time crunch to sell my house, so that wasnt an option. Just please tell me in the beginning that you cant do it.They came back at a later date to change out the rest of the stair treads. They removed the trim from the top step to install the tread, but left the trim off (shown in pictures). This was incredibly unprofessional. I emailed them pictures and they sent someone out the next day to fix it. They apologized profusely and said its not indicative of who they are and their professionalism. I thought to myself, Hmm. Right.Finally, the last issue I had with Hunny Do Crew was setting up a date for the work itself. Originally, I was told that they would come out on October 5th, but that the installation items may take longer to be ordered. I said thats fine, but please let me know when there was more of a definitive date. 10/5 comes around and still havent heard anything. I had to call in to ask about when someone would be coming out for repairs and it took several minutes to figure it out. Finally they said someone would be out on 10/12. Thats fine. Id be gone since I was moving, but thats fine. I confirmed the trim for the third time at this point and was told that it would definitely be completed (you already know it wasnt).The work I hired Hunny Do for was completed. It took time, but it was completed. I see that they have amazing reviews, their employees were nice and accommodating, but I personally cant recommend them.

My husband just started working there a few months ago and it has been a good company, and the owners are down to earth nice people too.

I cant speak on the quality of work they do. I asked for an estimate to install carpet and padding for a 10x10 room. They quoted 675 dollars to install carpet, padding and to pick up the carpet from Cost Less Carpet. The company who did do the work did all the above for 150 dollars. I heard The Hunny Do Crew does great work but I certainly cant afford them.

Such a brilliant business idea. Can’t get your husband to paint a room for you? Boom, they’ll do it. Don’t have a husband? Perfect, they’ll do those house projects you don’t know how to do or have time for. They have a quick response rate and excellent customer service. Grateful a business like this exists.

Just had all my baseboards redone and doors trimmed by the Hunny-do Crew as well as replacing a toilet bowl mechanism, new faucets in 2 bathrooms and install new lighting fixtures and a ceiling fan - They were on time each day and worked tirelessly to get this done in 2.5 days. Left everything spotless and were a pleasure to work with! I HIGHLY recommend them!

This is company is beyond amazing! Jill and Vivianna are super sweet and weve got lucky to have them now twice in row! My husband having cancer has made some stressful situation and days, but Jill really knows how to put you at ease and is very easy to talk too. These girls know how to clean and are fast too! My house is always left super clean and smelling good. Thank you guys for all you do and helping out in the hard time.

What a GREAT experience! Our estimate was accurate and the work was done by a superb crew. They were professional, friendly and we found them to be knowledgeable, polite and always showed up to do the job(s) on time. I cant say enough good things about this company. I have hired them for handy man work and I use their cleaning service on a bi weekly basis. They are willing to use my special cleaning products that I require for my allergies, which other companies have refused to do, and are very reasonably priced. They do a great job and I highly, highly recommend them.

The crew arrived as agreed upon on Tuesday, they did not use our bathrooms (thank you!), they did exceptional work in the rain and snow, accomplished tasks a day longer than expected due to inclement weather changes that couldnt be avoided, arrived promptly the next morning and completed all work as contracted.Bravo. I will recommend this firm. They did a great job.

I had become basically immobile due to an injury and let my home get so run down I was embarrassed to allow anyone in! The good news was I learned about the hunny do crew! They were on time, they understood my situation and helped to alleviate my embarrassment, their services were incredible. They did a phenomenal job and were personable, thoughtful and hard working! I chose to hire this company for both handyman jobs and home cleaning services, due to good reviews/reputation and to support a local business. What a JOKE!!! I will never work with them again, nor will I recommend them. The cleaning crew made more of a mess than to begin with, it cost me double to hire another company to come clean up what they had left. They also disregarded the specific cleaning requests that I was told would be done at a higher price. The secretary/scheduler has absolutely no business etiquette or knowledge. A high school student playing on their phone would be a better description, because thats what I felt I was talking to. Dale and his crew left obvious imperfections in their work, and after being promised it would be fixed, and them fixing it, it still looked like shabby work that I could have done on my own. Also, when I vocalized my concern on the cost, I was offered the option of paying in cash so as not to pay taxes. Therefore, THEY wouldnt have to claim it on their taxes!! I wonder how much under the table work they get away with and stash in their pockets. Lastly, I noticed that the previous reviews are from close friends, and very unreliable. If I had known that, I would have never hired them. I only hope that my outsider, honest review will deter future consumers from bad business, and from abiding this business to commit tax fraud.

I have used their services for; furniture assemble, installing a new front door on my home, installing a new hot water heater, and a few other things. They did a great job on all of it.
