Fire & Water installed a free standing pellet stove for us a few months ago. The install crew was amazingly fast, efficient, and CLEAN! They didnt leave a speck of install debris anywhere--inside or outside! The Fire & Water showroom is beautiful and set up so you can see their products in action! The staff is totally knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend Fire & Water if you are considering remodeling an existing fireplace or installing new!

The team at Fire & Water provide quick and outstanding customer service. Moses was assigned to my case and he and his teammate worked diligently above and beyond their original job spec to find a propane leak that had been a problem since installation in July 2020 (by another vendor CK Home Comfort Systems - Grandview - do not use CK)! THE FIRE & WATER TEAM SAVED OUR LIFE! THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! They found and corrected the leak which would’ve resulted in a very bad outcome had Moses not taken the extra time to diagnose the problem. The team is clearly passionate about their work and customers. They provide clear communication during their visit and are very easy to work with. I owe a lot to this company and this team for helping fix my fireplace insert and the gas line leak. We absolutely love the services Fire and Water has provided for us. We just had our gas fireplace removed in anticipation for some remodel work. I just had Fatmir come from Fire and Water to service my gas fireplace! He was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable about the working of my fireplace. He cleaned every nock and cranny! I was very please how he took all the time I needed in explaining features about the fireplace, gave great ideas to continue maintaining my fireplace throughout the year and was so thorough in cleaning in and around my fireplace! It looks great and is ready for a very cold winter! I love everything about my fireplace. The company was wonderful to work with! The installation was so smooth and timely!I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to put in a gas fireplace, I couldn’t be happier!Great Company!! 👍

Called to schedule a quote, they scheduled the quote and never showed up. Called and they apologized and said they would have someone call me back. Never did. Called a 3rd time, explained what had happened again and they apologized and said they would definitely have someone call me back. Never happened. I am trying to give them my business and there are limited fireplace sale/installation options locally. After 3 weeks of this and being very patient I called again and spoke with Marcus, who apologized again and asked me to email him pictures of the fireplace area and measurements he would get back to me with information by the next morning. That was a week ago. Ridiculous. Dont waste your time.

WOW!!!! What great service at Fire and Water. The sales person, Marcus, was crazy good, installers, Riad and Juan, quick and tidy and then of course there was Willow. These people know what customer service is about. Hats off to all of you! I would buy again from them.

This place should have higher ratings!!! It is the most friendliest, knowledgeable, and reliable company. They treat their customers like family. I just absolutely love them. They put in my pellet stove. They offer the best option for buying pellets in bulk. I am wanting them to do a fireplace insert for upstairs. ❤️

If you need your pool repaired Fire and Water is the company. Both work crews did excellent work and were very friendly an informative as to what they were doing. Anthony and Alex completed the repairs and cleanup way beyond excellent.

Fire and Water installed a gas fireplace for us. I cannot say how pleased we are with their service and work ethic. Our installer Paco was so knowledgeable, and hard working. They were very detail oriented and took care of each issue that arose immediately. Couldn’t be happier with the end result!

Bought our first pellet stove with Fire and Water. Installation was timely, professional, hassle free and well done. Fire and Water have been very patient as we ask first timer questions and came out again to answer our questions and help us figure it out.

We went there and stood waiting for someone to assist us and we couldnt even get a greeting. So after about 15 mins., we left.

We bought a new house and it had existing fireplace (propane) that we were not able to check due to not having a propane tank. Fire and Water sent a service tech out who told us they had serviced this house in the past, and that for safety sake the old insert should be replaced. We had them install the new insert, they ordered all necessary permits, they had propane tank delivered, and their workmanship was exceptional. We are very happy and warm!

We went to the home show at the track, we were sold on getting a pellet stove from them. Someone called and set up to have an Estimate done one .y husband took the day off and I came home early to be there. We waited for over an hour then we called, we were told at that time that he would not come out this far for an estimate. That would have been nice to know when he made the appointment. Well I guess they dont need my money.

Our experience from start to finish was great. After consulting with the owner about our situation and the set up we had, we picked out the woodstove we wanted. Knowledgeable and helpful are an understatement in describing the service we received just on that first visit.Installation and construction were well done. In fact, I would consider these guys to be craftsmen. Their work is top-notch. Their pride and attention to detail is something you dont very often see.What a surprise to have a contractor that does excellent work, on time and on budget - without any attitude.

Fire and Water has been out to our home for three separate jobs. They inspected a pellet stove, installed a fireplace, and installed a tankless water heater. Their sales team is great, ensuring we know all of our options. The technicians who have worked on our jobs have been professional and courteous. They are quick and affordable. I highly recommend Fire and Water!

We Love the Pellet Stove insert we got from Fire and Water. We have never been so comfy in the wintertime. And our furnace didn’t even run most of the time!!Recently we got a duel fuel stove and we were stumped on getting everything changed to propane. We called Fire and Water, they came right over and got the stove going for us.Thank you 😊

Not very impressed. Quote failed miserably. Ended up with a hearth 2 feet smaller than necessary (300$ to get the correct size or deal with a smaller hearth) and due to the non-English speaking install team we ended up letting them cut holes in my roof and wall before having all requisite pieces to connect the wood stove. Ended up venting 20 degree air into the house for 3 days waiting on parts to get delivered( while the heat ran 24/7 to keep up with the extra holes). So quote fail #2 was the chimney. Ended up needing a completely different route than the initial quote. Plus 150$ And another day waiting on parts. Fail #3 was the failure to add the mobile/modular home permit (150$) to the quote. Oops...they forgot and I paid for it. So basically, the office/quotes are not on top of the job and expect to pay more than bargained for. The install team was good, very professional and knowledgeable, quick to point out deficiencies in the quote and install package and at least giving warning of that fact the youre about to shell out 600 extra due to the incompetent staff and initial quote. Wont be my first choice for any further projects, but it was a quality product eventually installed to my satisfaction despite numerous shortfallings and overcharges. They are in it for the dollar, and charge you for every cent over their screw ups. Oops, sorry we suck at our jobs, heres a bill for another 600$. Buyer beware. Good luck.

My husband and I are building and went in to look at pellet stoves and outdoor patio fire places. We arrived right at opening and I wandered over to the spas to check what was available. The salesman came and asked if we were spa shopping and told him we already had one and asked if he had fireplace vacuums. He said no and walked away. We continued to the pellet stove section and was not approached or acknowledged again. Guess we will buy our pellet stove in Spokane at Wings where we were taken seriously and greeted. I would by pass this store if your looking for good service.

Horrible customer service and charged me 165 dollars to come to my house, fix my fireplace and then tell me he couldnt sell the parts because he didnt think it was up to code (it was) considering it is remodel from the previous one which burnt half the house down which 100% passed inspection and all permits where pulled not to mention the insurance company cleared it and payed for work done.Meanwhile these guys take my owners manual to fireplace and never hear from them again. So I go to them and a gentleman named Andrew tells me he doesnt have the parts now and when asked about the 165.00 I paid he replied I guess it was fee to have them come to my address and nothing else ... I guess HIGHWAY ROBBERY BEWARE THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY.Update: Cambell and Co. Charged me less than half for a service technician and before I was even a paid customer answered my questions and assured me that they could handle the job which fire and water rudely and unprofessionally failed to do after paying them.... so you have been warned and informed

Went in to get stove pipe adapter and the older salesman told me to throw my stove in the garbage. oh that company is out of business for burning homes down Absolutely no help to me.Second fella at least tried to get the adapter I needed . Ill stick with Ranch and Home from now on. Complete waste of time at Fire&Water.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I would highly recommend NOT using this organization.1) I scheduled an appointment back on September 21st and my pellet stove is no longer working...3 weeks later.2) The technician came out and performed a basic cleaning, but did not fix the one item...insulation around the glass...that I had asked to be repaired...although he pulled the entire unit out and told me other things needed to be corrected...and he was trying to sell me a new unit.3) The technician advised me the door seal and other item would be fixed within 24 hours, and yet 3 weeks later it still has not been corrected/completed.4) I have called at least 5 times regarding this...spoken directly to Derek and Alex...and left messages and no one has returned my calls.5) I stopped by today, October 9th, and again spoke to Derek and Alex, who did not seem to understand or care about my situation.6) I left a message for the owner, Greg McLain, to call me by the end of the day to discuss this matter, and I still have not had a response.AGAIN I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS ORGANIZATION!My pellet stove is no longer working, has not been repaired, and I am going to have to hire another service to repair the unit.
